Love Dr. Lau. I had a heart attack in 2014 and Dr. Lau inserted a stent where I had a 99% blockage. Four different doctors came in to talk with me but Dr. Lau brought up my exrays, explained everything step by step. Answered every question I had and never was in a rush to get rid of me.Great bed side manner and a gentleman. Every time I say to a nurse, that Dr. Lau is a great guy, every nurse said, yep he's one of the best!!!! Can't say enough!!!!

Dr Lau is a fine listener as well as taking time to thoroughly answer all questions. His "bedside manners" are impeccable as well. On January 6th of 2020 Dr. Lau placed 2 stents in my left front descending coronary artery (the widow maker) that had a 95% blockage. The procedure went very well and the results have been fabulous. At 68 and a personal trainer I have been able to return to the gym and resume regular resistance training and moderate to intense cardio training. I owe a great dept of gratitude to Dr. Lau. Given my experiences with Dr. Lau I highly recomend the doctor for those contemplating selecting a cardiologist. Les Carpenter NASM CPT 2013-2017, CES

Dr. Lau made my procedure a pleasant one as he shows that he cares from seeing you before going in and explaining everything to doing likewise while performing his work and notifying family of the outcome. This man is the most caring and wonderful doctor I have ever encountered and would recommend anyone who needs the procedure done to seek him out

Had a procedure by Dr Lau yesterday and was very pleased with the results. He explained everything to be before hand and during the procedure. He listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. I was very happy with him and hopefully I won’t need to see him again but if the need arises I definitely will go back to him and will recommend him to anyone needing a cardiologist.

I had a cardiac catheterization done on Nov 6, 2018 by Dr Lau. He met with me in the pre-op area prior to the procedure, did a history and listened to my heart and lungs. He explained the procedure, and made sure I didn't have any questions. He was calm and very kind. He took my mother's cell number, so that he could update her right after the cath was done, which he did, as well as keeping me updated during the actual procedure. I felt I was in very good hands. Multiple nurses at Baystate said, "Oh, you have Dr Lau, he's the best." (Listen to the nurses! They know. And this review is being written by a nurse, as well.) Thank you, Dr Lau, I appreciate your skills, and that of your team!

Dr Lau has treated my dad for years and is now consulting on my Mom , Dr Lau is the kindest compassionate doctor i have ever encountered , if more doctors were like him Medicine would not be in the mess it is now , I would recommend Dr Lau to anyone seeking cardiac care
