Discussed options clearly, answered all questions. Did fantastic job with my catheter ablation for Afib 9 weeks ago, seems to have fixed it so far.

When I went to my father's first visit with Dr. Chalhoub the doctor was very kind and patient and explained my father's condition so patiently....my father was 85 at that time. But, my father was recently admitted to the hospital (he is now 87) and upon discharge we were told that he should see his cardiologist within 1-2 weeks because of advanced damage to one of my father's heart valves. I called the office. They said they needed to get Dr. Chalhoub's permission to overbook. I called on a Thursday morning....by Friday afternoon I had not heard back so I called again. They said they were still waiting on the doctor. I just called the office again on Tuesday morning and still the office schedulers have not heard back from the Doctor. I find this so disrespectful......to not respond to a request for an appointment for 5 days (3 business days)....therefore the low score.
