Jacquelyn Reilly's Online Review Report Card

Jacquelyn Reilly is short tempered and condensing. Her bedside manner needs serious attention. She was even shorter mannered with my toddler, if that is humanly possible. I get they (kids) ask questions, get excited, or even nervous; however, the way she handled my six year old was astonishing…..and not in a good way! Jacquelin shook at her head at my child when she asked if she was going to give her a shot…like really kid?! Well yes really, since that is all they hear on the news, every other tv or radio commercial, and they know it hurts when they get it…..so yes really!!! She actually said to the six year old “stop talking I need to have a conversation with your mom.” Then she switched to asking my kid questions in less than one minute. My six year old wouldn’t hold eye contact with her, so Jacquelyn took her finger and lifted her chin twice with her finger! The second time she did it, she said “look at me, I think you want to be part of the solution so you need to look at me.” I didn’t even want to look at her!!! Who does that? She needs a refresher course in bedside manner or needs to retire because she acts like a tired grouchy old lady. So if you don’t have energy or patience for your patients, stop seeing them….you will not be missed!

I saw Dr Reilly for a quick visit for what I thought was maybe impacted ear wax. Turned out I had some fluid--maybe related to a recent flight. She explained everything clearly and we made a plan to just watch things for a few weeks since it's likely to resolve on its own. She actually did remove a bit of wax from my other ear which was painless. She was lovely, efficient, gentle and helpful! As a physician, I know effective care when I get it. Much appreciated

I thought she was fabulous, visited yesterday with tinnitus and hearing loss. She was Very thorough in explaining all the possible causes and ordered an MRI. She was very compassionate, listening tentatively to my concerns and answered all of my questions.

I saw Dr. Reilly 3 times for an ear growth that had the potential to be biopsied. Dr. Reilly was unhurried, professional and personable. After one month of treatment there was a great improvement and after the second month the problem was resolved. As I showered shortly before my final appointment I found a deer tick under my arm that I was unable to remove, and had to rush to the appointment. I asked her if she could remove it and she did - with humor and grace. I would definitely return to Dr. Reilly for any future ENT problems.

She was simply the best. Not only is she a phenomenal doctor, she has a wonderful bedside manner. Out of 3 ENTs she was the only one that listened to me and for me fixed up. She performed 2 of my sinus surgeries and she also performed my husbands. I honestly don’t think I would of survived the ongoing pain I was in. She saved me.

Jackie is an excellent communicator who does not rush through her appointments.

Dr. Reilly has done surgery on both of my daughters for a total of 3 surgeries. She is very professional, has a great bedside manner, and helped us feel comfortable throughout the surgery process- which is very difficult when it is your baby!

3 years of pain and no results.
