This is the first review I’ve ever written for anything, but Dr.Daly deserves it. He is kind and takes an interest in you as a whole person, really listens to what you have to say, and genuinely considers your opinion on care. As a young woman, his bedside manner is a great balance of professional and compassionate. I can honestly say in 3 years of being a patient I’ve never felt uncomfortable, or dismissed by this doctor, and he’s been able to effectively treat my concerns using the least invasive methods possible. 10/10 would (and have) recommend him to anyone looking for a quality urologist

He is a believer in conservative care; he does not leap (first choice) to "procedures" as so many doctors do. I've had great care so far.

Do not recommend. He completely complicated my health and then refused to see me to face what he did, to the point that his colleague had to take my appointment until they could refer me on the other side of the state, so they could avoid a lawsuit for mal-practice. Also if you are LGBTQ+. definitely avoid this office. The admin staff did all kinds of things including messing up information and talking about my status as an LGBTQ+ person and outting and insulting my womanhood while I was in the bathroom at the office. If you ever have a referal for this guy I recommend going to Springfield or Boston instead if at all possible. Even if you're not LGBTQ+, the way he gave me a whole spill on my first appointment about how he didn't want a repeat of distrust from yet another client made me think there's some allegations about this man that's been spreading around before my appointments and the failed procedure with him. Overall gave me the creeps in my general appointments and procedures with the man. One time he went into detail trying to get my tokenized affirmation on "How woke and understanding" he was of "minorities" while shoving a device into my eurethra on the operation table, giving me no choice but to nod along to his weird narcisstic ranting. Even if all the mal-practice he didn't do wasn't illegal I wouldn't trust to leave women or children in a room alone with him let alone anyone of a marginalized community especially the LGBTQ+ community.
