Feeling very disappointed in this Doctors practice. My husband was diagnosis with CHF back in Feb 2020. He was in the ICU for 9 days, then when he was "stable" was sent home. Dr Slawsky was recommended to us for follow up and possible a pacemaker or stent procedure. Unfortunately, Covid came and since he was stable, we did several telehealth appointments with the doctor and her team. The plan was to eventually, when it was safe, to met the doctor and do an angiogram to see what he needed. In early June the doctor who may do the pacemaker procedure called to set up an appointment. My husband explained we still needed to met with Dr. Slawsky , then an angiogram and from there decide what to do, we have not heard from Dr. Slawsky office since.

Dr Slawsky took care of my husband for years. He had Heart Failure. She gave me extra years with him . I will be forever grateful.

My husband is a patient of Dr. Slawsky for conjestive heart failure and she has been fantastic. She is very informative and takes the time without making us feel rushed. You can tell she cares about her patients. I would highly recommend her.
