I came from Berkshire Medical Center to Bay State to Dr. Norris to a completely unknown hospital to me. I was very distraught and scared. I met Dr. Norris and he put me feel much better and was very patient with me making sure I had the information I needed. Still today he is making sure the nurses are going to check on me. I am back in where I live to and he is still looking out for me. Thank you for everything Dr. Norris.

Callous condescending not well versed in crisis management. Run away.. go elsewhere to Boston if possible.

Marc Norris is a fine physician. I felt comfortable with this doctor right from the moment I met him. This is a man you can trust to be honest and provide options if they are available. For me trust is the important service a doctor can provide. !

Three months ago, I had Aortobifemoral bypass. Dr. Norris not only saved my leg, he gave me my life back. Prior to the surgery, I was unable to walk more than a few feet or drive. I am now doing both! The surgery was no walk in the park and the recovery was difficult as well but I had complete faith in Dr. Norris. He took as much time as I needed and explained the procedure to me. For me, he is the best!

I feel Dr.Norris saved my life!! I had 80% blockage in femoral artery.He did a femeral endarterectomy on me & a year later feeling much better.No more heaviness in legs.He's very personable,calming & because he took such wonderful care of my dad,years earlier,I had the utmost faith in him& he didn't dissapoint me.I think he's the best!!Thanks Dr.Norris!!(and all his nurse's & office people,and P.A's are wonderful too)!!

As a medical professional myself I found Dr. Norris to be a very refreshing surgeon and MD. He was not only patient and kind but also a really nice guy, that's rare for a surgeon. A very dangerous surgery went very well for my father and I thank God for the skilled hands of Dr. Norris.

Dr. Norris is great. He is definitely NOT "knife Happy" and chose surgery as a last resort for my claudication after exhausting all other options. I would highly recommend Dr. Norris.
