I saw Dr. Vanderleeden and he was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Although he appears to be all business he is personable at the same time which makes for a comfortable and informative experience.

This place was clean and the staff was somewhat helpful. Nothing really stood out one way or the other. The waiting room was set up appropriately and the wait time to see the doctor was reasonable. However the Doctor I saw, wasn't really polite. Bottom line: He forgot his bedside manners. He kept making remarks about my weight and not in a positive manner or even helpful. He would make inappropriate jokes with my husband about my weight. He made me feel more insecure and depressed about the reason I made the appointment in the first place. The reason being was because I was gaining weight to quickly due to a medication side affect. Wasn't very helpful.

Dr. VanDerleeden accepted my emergency appointment immediately. He took the time to talk with me about treatment options and even called me at home to give me additional information. His calm demeanor and realistic approaches were helpful.

I have been a patient of Dr Vanderleeden for approximately 6 months. I was impressed with the care and understanding that he exhibited on my first visit. I called his office the other day to ask a question about possible side effects of a prescription that he had prescribed. . I was told by an aid that she would check with the Doctor and get back to me. In less than an hour I received a call not from an aid, but from Dr Vanderleeden himself to address my concerns. I've been to many doctors over the years and that kind of thing just does not happen anymore.
