Dr. Jackowitz is absolutely the best. Apart from being an excellent doctor, he's thorough, listens to you, anticipates and answers all of your questions and has a kind, compassionate manner. He's calming and makes the eye exam feel like a breeze, talking you right through each step of the process (this was especially helpful because I was nervous.) The staff is also absolutely wonderful. The office and staff (Springfield Eye Associates) makes you feel so comfortable, especially with their awesome standards due to the pandemic. Everyone goes out of their way to make you feel safe, comfortable and listened to. I've never seen a staff anywhere that's so dialed-in regarding patient comfort! I highly recommend Dr. jackowitz and staff.

I had a specific request to see Dr. Jackowitz regarding my failing to pass the Massachusetts renewal of my license due to my inability to see the required fields. Dr. Jackowitz saw me the same day, diagnosed my problem and my license was renewed. He was most thorough and helpful through my visit. I appreciate his complete understanding of my necessity to pass this exam and enabled me to do so.
