Very good and some person have 2nd round this my 3time seen hired for NAPA

I went to MedExp for a employment drugscreen urine sample voluntarily however the young lady taking sample treaded me like I was urinating for a parole or probational drugscreen sample. This is the 1st establishment I've ever been to servicing drug screen employment samples in a paroled or probationary manner. 1st time they sent me to MedExp for me personally & hopefully the last. 1st of all I'm not a criminal just because I'm Hispanic & of color. Secondary, your staff member is not my parol officer, nor a court representative of any kind, so why is she in front of the bathroom with her ear to the door. Worse of all after providing her a urine sample that did not registered my body temperature she tried to forcefully keep me their in a passive aggressive manner while my mother is sitting in my vehicle waiting for me to take her to her surgical procedure. What bothers me the most is she tried concealing her true intentions with polite tones and mannerisms as her actions do not speak for themselves. Incredible!!!

Don’t even bother. They won’t see you without an appointment. I don’t really understand how it can be urgent when you can make an appointment days in advance. It’s just a doctors office that occasionally takes walk ins. But don’t worry, if you manage to get treated you’ll get medical advice so bad that the ER doctors you’ll have to go see after will be legitimately pissed about it. Just go to the ER at least Mercy is highly rated.

Terrible waited for 1 hour, didn't call me. People coming in got attended right away. Left never went back. They called me 45 mins later. Almost 2 hours. They need more staff. Urgent means urgent. Not 2 hours later.

Very unpleasant place as they make you wait 40m before being seen and taken to the room to then another 2h before the doctor decides if it's convenient to have you seen. While waiting they are all standing around joking and laughing as if it's a launching time instead of getting patient's seen and out the door. Not sure if it's a insurance situation or first come first serve but I went in at 8am to be told registered for 11:40am to then wait 2h before being seen to then another 2h to see the doctor!!! Unbelievable 🤨 Today is Aug 1 2023 one’s again they sure do a lot of special treatment. Went in for a drug test and had to wait ofd then 1h yet a gentleman walked in for just seconds and was seen for the same and provided fast service. They need to re educate or find better lab workers as they have a old lady name Ms.Lisa from the lab department as she slammed everything she was touching to the point she was so unprofessional with her sarcastic attitude. This is my second visit and still the same hostile behaviors from the staff. Yet you wanna act like this place is a friendly environment… So as that this is what is happening now in this area! To much prejudice behaviors…

Sign on your door and info on your website indicates your hours are 8:00a- 8:00p. Help me understand why when I went to your location yesterday (7/8/23) @ 6:00p the place was all locked and no one was there. Had a significant cut that I wanted a Provider to exam. Very disappointing and totally unprofessional.

Waiting time is crazy. No matter when u come in morning afternoon or later. Idk if its under staff or whats going on. You can hear them laughing and talking each other but nobody to take you in. I come here for drug test for work. This is my second time making same mistake never again. Go cross street for faster service AFC.

They were terrific. Very clean and organized, from the front desk to the exam room. The Doctor and nurse were personable and listened to me. great place.
