My 90 year old father had a 930 am appointment with Dr. Henderson. Due to many factors, a snow storm that made it difficult to get out of the driveway, my father’s frail condition and limited mobility, and taking the the wrong elevator to the 4th floor, we were running late. Anticipating that we would be late, the office was called as soon as I made it out of the snowy driveway. The staff that answered the call said that it was “okay”. When we finally reached the office, 30 min late, I was given a packet of paperwork to fill out. In the middle of filling it out, an office staff approached me and told me that Dr. Henderson would not be seeing my father because we were late. I pleaded with him to try and fit him in since it takes great effort to get my dad ready to go out and is exhausting for him. He just gave me a blank stare. The woman that said it was okay to come in late admitted that she received a call. Dr. Hendeeson is blind to a frail elder’s needs. Shame on her!

Dr. Henderson is a very kind and compassionate person. She really listened to all my concerns. She is very knowledgeable in her field. I left the office feeling great! She really took her time to explain the importance of my appointments and gives her patients the best treatments possible. Her staff was also very friendly, helpful and welcoming. I would highly recommend Dr. Henderson.
