The front desk staff Charissa is very rude and disrespectful. She told me that I had to pay my copay and a portion of my deductible prior to being seen. I paid $678.56 for my entire visit. Just to wait in the lobby for 3 hours and only see the Demos for 3 minutes. This place is unbelievable. Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

I was referred by my pcp for a cancerous mole, I thought I was going to be in good hands.. A guy name Gail with short hair grouped me, come to find out she was the son of the doctor. It’s a very odd practice there. I’d rather just die of cancer then to go there.

The front desk staff chlamydia or Charissa-whatever her damn name is. She is very rude and disrespectful. She called me a very bad name that I do not want to repeat. She told me that I had to pay my copay and a portion of my deductible prior to being seen. I paid $678.56 for my entire visit. Just to wait in the lobby for 3 hours and only see the Demos for 3 minutes. This place is unbelievable. Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Also this place is not short staffed, they Fired Wanda the NP. No wonder why Justin also left that practice.

I was referred by my PCP. The PA assessed me during my visit, prescribed me ONE DOSE of medication to treat my issue, and when I called to say the medication had not worked Iwas told, "that's it. He will not prescribe you any more." Therefore, my problem was not solved, nor was it even a concern to the people at this office.

The doctor examined a sample and diagnosed my condition that greatly improved with the meds he prescribed. I suffered for 25 years because other doctors didn’t respond to my symptoms. Thank you Dr. Demos!

I am a new patient of Dr. Dimo’s. I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. I was seen by the nurse practitioner, and then by Dr. Dimo’s. Both were very thorough And very pleasant. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone..

Dr. Demos is fine as a dermatologist but the office is a disaster. The other people working there are absolutely useless and there is always a terribly long wait. Only office anywhere that has a permanent sign attached to the wall saying sorry for the long wait today but the doctor is very busy

I started going to Dr.Demos around 2010. I was diagnosed with lupus at young age. Due to my lupus I suffer from random flare ups. When ever I need an appointment outside of my regular appointments his staff always getS me in to see him. Dr demos always goes above and beyond for me and I am always extremely thankful and grateful for the work he does. He is an amazing doctor and again always extremely grateful to have him as my doctor!!!
