Terrible !!!! Dr Hsu Philip did not believe me when I explained my MS symptoms and he sort of laughed because I am hearing impaired and he also refused to put me for lumbar puncture before my urologist plans to give me 2 surgeries for interstim for my bladder issues now I have to wait longer for my second opinion in February with a new American female neurologist. I am still somewhat angry at Dr. Hsu Philip to refuse thoroughly check up, as I know I have MS with my many symptoms.

This doctor doesn't seem to care whether you get better or not. Very difficult to get a gold of. I've gone days after calling and messaging through the portal before he responds. Makes up his mind without giving any regards to symptom changes, medication changes, or patient concerns. Doesn't follow medication guidelines for certain conditions. Unfortunately this results in less effectiveness of treatment and an probability of being under medicated.

Been seeing Dr. Hsu for about a year now and he has NEVER took the time to explain my MS diagnosis or how to effectively manage this disease. When I asked about a specific medicine he laughed at me, said no it wasn't his job to manage my "symptoms", only to prescribe the meds to possibly stop my MS from progressing, and treat any relapses... but never said WHO/WHAT doctor I'd need to see to help me manage my disease and it's challenges. Lousy patient care given, am seeking new doctor.

Felt very dismissed by this doctor. Barely examined or spent any time with me. Would NOT recommend. This doctor thinks an MRA taken 14 months ago is valid and would show any recent events in my brain? Hmm.... I'm going to Boston.
