I don't feel like Dr Ivker cares about her patients. She is dismissive, does not allow you to voice your concern and does not teat you with respect. I would not recommend her to anybody. I think that doctors like her should not be in practice.

Dr Ivker is a truly beautiful living legend who hails more inside information than a patient can possibly comprehend in just a brief moment. You must learn to listen; she is lovable at all turns of the phrase -- to have love is to give love. Dr. Ivker is 5 star in my vets for health.

My son suffered from terrible acne when he saw Dr Ivker. She put him on Accutane at 40mg and in 2 weeks his lips swelled up to the point that he was very self concious. She refused to prescribe a steroid and would not lower the dosage. He recently started taking accutane again after years of refusing to try it again and this new doc assured me that we can start as low as 10mg and would give him a steroid if needed. Her inflexible and insensitive personality negatively impacted my son’s life.

Had been seeing Dr. Ivker for a couple of years. Went in for a regular check up and she immediately noticed a problem. She sent me to have Mohs surgery. Everything came out great. So thankful.

She is very cold, rude and dismissive. She does not allow her patients to speak when they are not agreeing with her or questioning her. I saw her for a consultation and I will never return to her. She does not care about her patients...it is evident by the way she treats/speaks to them.

It took me a trip or two before I really got to know Dr. Ivker but once I did, I realized what a great Doctor she is and I really like her. She has given me the most detailed and thorough skin exams I've ever had and I'm going on my 4th year seeing her. Dr. Ivker is so much more thorough that my former Dermatologist was. Dr. Ivker's skills and experience are of the highest caliber. I learned the hard way, don't wear make-up on the day I'm seeing her or it'll be coming off with alcohol. LOL

I am very impressed with Dr Ifker. She is very knowledgable and tells it like it is - which is exactly what you need from a doctor. I would highly recommend her to any friends that need skin services .

Dr Ivker was polite but distant. Did not want to discuss what is causing my condition or alternative treatments. Seemed anxious to leave. Treatment she recommended is working only marginally. I will go for followup with her and see if our relationship and my condition improves.

Poor diagnosis, not happy with what I was told about my situation and let me leave thinking I was cured, when I was far from being cured.wouldn't recommend her. Very disappointing
