I have had the pleasure of going to CDI for a few years to get MRIs as well as XRays. I am a very happy customer. Every time I go Im treated with respect and some times with a smiling face from the greeting at the reception area to the technicians. The technicians have all been great so far. One thing Im not so crazy about is that I have to fill out paperwork every time I have to go there. Within one week I went for a MRI and XRays and both times I had to fill out the paperwork. I was told thats their procedure and even if I went somewhere else they are pretty sure that I would have to do the same. I do recommend CDI there is plenty of parking spaces and easy to get to.

CDI has a great MRI unit I have bad claustrophobia in these things and this one wasnt bad at all. Everyone was friendly and easy to deal with. Will definitely go back again if I need another MRI Hopefully not too soon... 😊

I have developed a claustrophobic reaction to average tube type MRIs.There open MRI machine help with that condition. The MRI nurseopererators demeanor really helped with my issue.

Very disappointed with this facility. Based on the rudeness of the people who called to preregister me I cancelled my appointment. There is no need to talk down to patients place them on hold for 20+ minutes and raise your voice when a patient has questions. Will rebook at a different MRI center.

Although my Insurance in fact was not covered and did not have the procedure I was still treated with dignity. I totally appreciated it

After a bad experience with an MRI at another facility I was almost certain I would never be able to have another one of these important diagnostic tools. The front staff at CDI was warm and welcoming my technician LISTENED to my fears. She understood providing a most comfortable MRI. I will NEVER go anywhere else and encourage all in need of an MRI to book here. They have a machine called Hitachis OASIS which will make everyone who is claustrophobic comfortable.

I recently had to have a ct scan of my sinuses and was greeted by the friendly staff the moment I walked in.i filled out the paperwork and was immediately seen and was in and out within 5 minutes. great staff and spotless facilities

This morning I had an MRI and MRA for an issue Ive had for a few months. I was apprehensive and Chris was comforting and knowledgeable about the test. He was extremely helpful in easing my fears. The technician was as capable in her role in the test. I appreciate the kind and comforting attention that I received today.greatly appreciated
