My husband went to see his Dr who had transfered over from trinity. The doctor did an mri and after reading the severity a call would of been nice. Instead I had to call them and it was over a month wait just for a consult so we ended up in the er after two calls in and 8 days of no call. We left them a message thanking them for the lack of care and the nursing supervisor called and instead of being apologetic got loud and defensive. Continued to call 8 times beong loud ignoring that I have told her to not call with excuses. It wasnt untill I said I was on my way to the office t if she called once more that she stopped.
