She was my doctor as a child up until I was 18. I thought it would be easier for my kids to be seen there too . Boy was I wrong , there was always an issue. My son on vacation with his father & couldn’t get his inhaler because he needs to be brought in to be “seen” before she can send a new Rx . Countless times I’ve filled out the same Vanderbilt form & sent it to the school & heard zero follow up from the office. Countless times we’ve sat in the waiting room 45min-1hr over the appointment time without being seen . Countless times I’ve taken him to urgent care to get checked for simple things because it’s a hassle to be seen at his PCP office. Now that I switched him they haven’t even sent his full records , his or my daughters. His new doctor had to call to verify shot records for both my kids before they can do their physical in case they needed shot because they didn’t know which ones they already had. My sons doctor has no idea that he had a tonsillectomy, eczema, asthma.. no records of anything ! I tried calling myself no one ever answers. I can again today at 330 & they’re closed, however business hours are until 5 pm today . Ridiculous.

If you are looking for a PCP I highly suggest you don’t consider this person, the office staff is absolutely terrible, never there to take your call and just has a little messenger who obviously never delivers her the patients needs. She always try’s to give input like she herself is the insurance company on what they will and not will not do , absolutely terrible and negligent and everyone in that office gets a free check every week because they do absolutely nothing. Would give 0 stars if I could I guess google needs an update.

honestly would rate zero stars if i could , she walks the fine line of medical negligence. there’s barley anyone in the office to contact , along with their complete lack of diligence when it comes to their patients. over 10 calls to their office for a simple referral , which eventually led to the insurance fixing the issue on their own (with no assistance from this office.) when it comes to your health i wouldn’t put that in the hands of this institution. like another reviewer said , it’s only a matter of time before she pisses off the wrong person and looses her license.

Worst care ever. She does not care about her job and is continuing to go downhill. She called my mother with a blocked number on a weekend, Saturday to be specific and said she will no longer have my sister as a patient. Bad this is my sister needs it more then ever. I’m very disappointed.

I've been going to her since my boys where 1 years old and the other one since birth . Everytime they had a accident she would always question my parents skills as if I'm not capable of taking care of them . They both have autism and I'm pretty sure she doesn't no nothing about it nor has any patience who has it . I always attend their appointments and one day I get a letter out of the blue stating she can no longer be my boys doctor. I think that's pretty unprofessional and left me scrambling trying to find them another doctor.

She is great and knowledgeable.

If it wasnt becuase of her skills my daughter would of died.She has been my childrens doctor for 15yrs now.

I could go into details about Dr.Awais but i wont, she had personal problems with an employee i was friends with and decided to discharge my 6 month and 3 year old babies with no explanation at all. No respect nor sympathy. I would never recommend anyone to go here... Sorry not sorry. I could have filed a lawsuit on her.. But i rather not waste my time. Im sure shell find a way to piss off a couple more people :)

My kids have been going since birth my oldest is 14 and my daughter is ten and the baby 3 she is the best! I won't ever be changing Dr.
