Wait time understandable. 5min visit with no answers. I try my best not to run to doctors. #1 living an hour away #2 when explained to doctor what's going on & has been going on for 3 months & told I need to see another doctor. It was a waste of time & money spent on visit as well as gas. She could just said an a email to go to a ear,nose,throat instead of wasting my time.

Met with her only once. Worst pcp I ever had an appointment with. She didn’t address any of my issues that I initially went to see her for. The nurse who brought me to the back was far more caring and concerned.

Dr. Chaganti was assigned to me 2 yrs ago When my PCA left Trinity Healthcare. Trinity Healthcare kept treating me as a new patient with her and would make me wait for appointments. I just met her for the first time on a virtual phone call, NOT in person. I HAD TO to see physician assistants every time I went. Uma was pleasant but not thorough. I met her on a virtual phone call. I didn't get the opportunity to show her everything, that was wrong, I couldn't hear her at all on virtual call, the call was pretty BAD, TOO FAST. I didn't receive the proper medication OR the REFILLS that I needed. I would have to make an appointment to see them, a week later to get my refill. Dr. Chaganti was toset up Trinity Healthcare staff to set up a PT 1 form so I can get rides to my appointments, I still haven't heard anything it's been a week and I really need these rides. I've made several calls for information on directions when I was trying to get into the virtual site, staff unknowledgeable. So I didn't really have a opportunity to meet her in person but I'll tell you what the Trinity Healthcare System is terrible and you'll have to wait forever to get appointments and get things accomplished in there.

I would give her a zero if I could. Month after month I have to try and get through to her office to get a prescription refilled for my mother. She doesn’t respond to the CVS requests for refills. PATHETIC! Trinity health SUCKS!!

Horrible place to go. The doctors are useless. The reps on the phone are rude and nothing gets done I have to continue to call them because they never send the messages over to the doctor. DO NOT Go Here

I was originally a patient of Doctor Ungar prior to his retirement and was assigned to her upon his retirement. I was always concern about of her level of care as a doctor ,but i doubted my feelings until now. she does a poor job of listening to your concerns and only wants to prescribe medication. During my last few annual physical she didn't spend anytime physically examining me. if i don't push she doesn't check. I'm frustrated with the level of service from her. I'm leaving her practice, I need a doctor that cares.

I’ve had her for about five years now and it’s been nothing but a headache (I’ve stayed due to school). She will approve of tests, have me come in for them (this paying) and then tell me she ran them when she really didn’t. She rarely gets back to you on her own so you have to continuously call the office for answers. Don’t even attempt at getting a referral because they’ll make it for the wrong year. I’ll admit she did great during that first initial consult (Boy did I fall for it); she checked you and asked all of the right questions but after that she didn’t check you and she judged everything you did or saI’d. She always kept you waiting way longer than needed or normal. You tell her about anxiety and she tells you that you just need to work harder. It’s not worth the fight, headache or most obnoxious roller coaster ride of visits. I regret referring people to her following that first visit.

Dr. Chaganti is wonderful. She listens without interrupting, very personable, not uncommon for her to call her own patients to speak with them. She is very down to earth. I would recommend her to anyone!

Dr. Chaganti is amazing. She is my mother's doctor and is one of the most amazing people. She is kind, caring, extremely knowledgeable, and understanding. She takes the time to make sure my mother knows what she is doing and to keep her calm. She has a lot of anxiety about going to the doctors and Dr. Chaganti is always very considerate of this. Highly recommended!
