Dr. Grimaldi and Jen should be the model team for Med students on how patients should be cared for, and treated with respect and dignity. I am a licensed teacher and I rate my providers with letter grades! Dr. Grimaldi and Jen are A++++++. When people go the extra mile at work they are often out there alone. This team and even the front office staff have always been top notch, “go the extra mile” types. I have been coming to their office for three years and these facts have ALWAYS been true.

Completely apathetic, does not let you speak, cuts you off, speaks to you as if you are insignificant. She actually yelled at me for seeking medical care after office hours because I was in a great deal of pain. Actually YELLED. She's just .. mean and miserable.

I actually never had Dr. Grimaldi as my doctor but spoke with her as the on-call doctor and I was absolutely floored at the lack of care and the extreme rudeness from her. My family and I were having a difficult time and she provided no answers and caused a lot of tears, frustration, and anxiety among all of us. I’m glad that she’s not my PCP but completely unimpressed and turned off from the whole practice because of her actions.

Dr. Grimaldi is the Best. She is very Attentive, Professional, Empathetic and Real. Top Notch PCP/OMT. We are very Thankful and Grateful to have Her as Our Physician.

Dr Grimaldi is the dr you wish you always had. Understanding, listens and explains treatment plans. Always open to listen to your thoughts and ideas. Doesn’t get any better than this!

I've been a patient with Dr. Grimaldi for many years. I couldn't ask for a better Doctor. Dr. Grimaldi truly care's about her patients she will find out what's wrong with every test available, and if she can't treat you she'll send you to only the best. Her bedside manor is excellent she'll make you feel like your her only patient. Her speciality is OMT she's the best. I am so lucky to be a patient of hers. She also has the very best assistant Jen we all love her, and they make a great team. Thank you both for caring.

Dr. Pam Grimaldi is the best DO in MA,,,probably in New England or more. She is so caring even when running behind,,,and will always give you the time you need or deserve for your issues. I highly recommend Dr. G for many issues; pain, sinus problems, constipation, and so much more. Give her a try, you won't regret it!!

Dr Grimaldi is a dynamo. She is smart, compassionate, and one of the most thorough physicians I have ever been seen by. Her ability to listen and be present makes her an excellent care giver and an extraordinary Osteopath. Her vibrant personality lends itself to clear and articulate discussion while taking the time to explain any questions or concerns. I give her my highest recommendation.

Dr gramaldi has been amazing for myself and my daughter for years and was so very instrumental after a major car accident and many terrible medical situations I will never ever leave her practice unless she leaves I truly love Dr gramaldi and her assistant Jen
