I really wanted to like Dr. Dhruva, but between the unhelpful and unfriendly staff, and the injury the doctor herself gave me the experience was incredibly bad. It's clear Dr. Dhruva is very smart and capable but she didn't listen when I was going "Ow, ow, ow, ow, ow!" and later when I called about the injury she insisted it must've been a different complication. The office told me I couldn't be seen for my open, bleeding wound for a week.

Had a terrible experience. I made no less than 14 phone calls before the appointment, and when I got there she ripped me doing a test. When I called later to try and figure out how to treat myself for the tear nobody medical would talk to me about it and I couldn't be seen for another week.

This dr does not respect patient time ( 1 1/2 hr wait) or wishes regarding the directive and did not do an exam on first visit. Came in with gas mask, shield and hairnet... a little over done for covid!!!

She does not review your file prior to walking into the exam room. We spent much of the visit rehashing issues she should have already been familiar with. Pretty basic but important facts. Quick look at my chart would have prevented that. In addition, she forgot to order tests a few times, causing me to be turned away and reschedule.

Dr. Dhruva’s office has been prompt with scheduling my appointments, checking me in, and minimal wait times. Dr. Dhruva appears to be thorough; however, her bedside manner is cringeworthy. She is very insensitive to her patient’s individual circumstances. If you are going through a tough time and are looking for hope, I would not recommend going to her.

I used to have her for a doctor for about 5 years or so. She's very through. One of the best docs I ever had!! I only stopped going to her, cuz I moved down south.

She is very thorough and kind and listens to what you have to say. She also calls you on the phone, when you call her and tell the receptionist you would like to talk to her.
