Bad experience with foot biopsy and not enough information how to bandage it. Had to call my friend who is a nurse for advice. It formed 2 infections, staph and strep B. I think it got infected at the beginning because my foot was really swollen and very painful.
As a physician, I am really impressed with the time and thoroughness that Dr. Zoe Stitt invested in every visit I had. She provides excellent care.
Dr. Diaz is so kind, he really takes the time to answer all your questions and takes his time to fully review everything during your appointment. I genuinely look forward to the appointments because the entire office is so professional and there is a warmth that is hard to come by in a lot of medical offices.
I am frustrated with my experience with this office. After having a Biopsy, I received a voicemail telling me that a surgeon would be in touch with me and asking me to call the office back. I immediately called the office but the Doctor was not available to speak with me and was told that the results were not in the system. After waiting anxiously, unfortunately, a call was not returned the same day. I wish for a more compassionate process that would have made a stressful situation much easier. I hope the office improves how it communicates with patients about important test results.
Just a great Dermatology office. Ample staff and clean areas for patients. I especially like the way my physician Greets and Treats me like an old friend, not just "Another Patient". Kudos to MVDA
Louisa and Derrick were both very clear and I felt like they answered all of my questions.
This is by far the worst experience I have had with any doctor’s office. The level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, and it genuinely feels like patient care is not a priority. On multiple occasions, I have waited over an hour past my scheduled appointment time to see Dr. Diaz. While he seems like a nice person, I left feeling that my time and concerns were not valued. The office is consistently disorganized, frequently mixing up appointments and creating unnecessary frustration. In addition to the scheduling issues, I felt like the practice was creating unnecessary follow-up appointments simply to continue prescribing a medication that had already been working well for me. I was required to come in every few months and pay more than $200 per visit just to maintain a prescription, which felt excessive and more focused on generating revenue than providing appropriate patient care. What made the experience even worse was what happened after I left my first honest review. Instead of acknowledging the issues I raised, the office contacted me and attempted to spin a story that they hoped would make me reconsider leaving the review. Rather than taking accountability, the conversation left me feeling dismissed and reinforced my concerns about how the practice operates. Based on my experience, this practice appears to be more focused on collecting payments than providing organized, patient-centered care. There are too many well-run medical practices to settle for this level of service. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
I would not refer this place to anyone , we having been trying to get a prescription for my son for the last 2 weeks for a medication that he has been taking for more that an year , now he is off the medication for the last 2 weeks simply because there is NOBODY to prescribe the medication , the doctor that he has been seeing is not replying , we have been calling twice a day for the last two weeks and all the do is transfer the phone to someone else , transfer and transfer . Still no prescription and no answer , then when you ask they say I am just the phone person . HORRIBLE patient care .
Overall terrible experience with this office and the NP I saw. Over-crowded office. I had five minutes with the provider who dismissed all of my concerns. I’m fair with red hair and had a lot of concerning spots I had been keeping track of. Would highly recommend if you care about your skin and want comprehensive care to look elsewhere. I knew even before the appt abruptly wrapped up I would not be back and that I did not receive the care I deserve. Kudos to the office manager though who was kind enough to sit down and listen to my concerns.
My microneedling experience with Pam Interrante was top-tier. I've done a total of 8 treatments 4 in 2022 and 4 this year 2026. She numbed me perfectly, making the session completely painless. My downtime was minimal, and the results speak for themselves—my fine lines are softened, and my overall skin health has drastically improved. Pam is kind, professional, knowledgeable and highly skilled. She is the best around! 5/5 stars!" Susan Buckley

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
