Why does it say accepting new patients if she has no time to talk to me for 10 minutes during an emergency? Suffering from anxiety, yet, she didn't even contact me. She saw me waiting in the waiting room, made eye contact, and decided she was not able to see me for 10 min. so I could explain my situation. Too bad. Changing doctors. Still suffering from anxiety, yet I haven't heard from her at all. To respond to emails in the system, it takes over a week.

This was my second appointment with Dr. Zaks. Since I wasn't been there for long time. I tried to make a note of the questions which was my concern and I was glad that she patiently answered to all my questions and make me feel so comfortable where I felt more open up to discuss my personal stuff with her. I really appreciate that.😊

I had a follow-up visit with my Dr. On Wednesday, I went over my medications that need refills. Also brought up how my back & left left & ankle still bother me quite often. My B/P was fine. Did not need any blood work or tests. I made an appointment for 3 months. The Dr also listened to my lungs& heart Very thorough.

New PCP, First time using Zoom for video conferencing. Dr. Zaks was very patient and understanding of my not being used to this application for video conferencing and my ongoing continued medical issues, she was very friendly, and knowledgeable. Looking foward to working with her on my future medical and medication issues that may arise. Very much impressed by her professionalism and listening to my new issues that I have encountered. Went here for my first appointment with Dr Zaks, she was so caring, had a great bedside manner, actually listen to my concerns made me feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend her to anyone! Great doctor!!

Even though this was only my second visit with Dr. Zaks I felt completely comfortable. Dr. Zaks has such a nice way about her, she’s kind, professional, patient, knowledgeable and very friendly! The wonderful Doctor I had for over 35 years retired a few years ago, I’m so happy and relieved I found Dr. Zaks. It’s so important to feel like your Doctor is paying attention to what you’re saying, Dr. Zaks is that Doctor. Thank you Dr. Zaks!
