Just had my 2nd cataract surgery at N S C and L. A caring ,friendly and competent staff from the front desk to the post op nurse. I felt ‘safe and calm ‘ throughout. HEY,I almost had a good time. I was told the reason the accompanying person if staying is asked to wear a mask is : The staff do not need to wear a mask unless they have had a recent exposure. They do not want to ‘quiz ‘ your ride so they are asked to wear a mask.

do not commend this place! extremely rude at front desk. care givers are told not to wait in the waiting area with their loved ones until being called for surgery which is so important with elderly patients who need help at times or just reassurance. was asked to leave because I had no mask on. no nurses, doctors or patients wear them in the preop or post op!!! not a welcoming environment!

This place is very unprofessional. Receptionists are extremely rude. Elderly patients are not allowed to have their care givers in the waiting area with them which is very important! Not a welcoming environment. Care givers must wear a mask but patients, doctors, & nurses don’t. No sense. Do not recommend!

I went there on March 8 really scared I have bad anxiety and never had any kind of surgery before all the staff were very nice an understood me the nurses were great one nurse stayed with me the whole time I would recommend to everyone if they need eye surgery this is the place to go Thank you so much to everyone there that helped me get thru the surgery. And Thank you so much to Doctor Robert Levy

The most competent, accommodating and friendly staff that I have ever encountered at a medical facility. From the front office staff that greets you, to the nurses that prep you, to the anesthesiologist and surgical nurses...every one knows their job and puts you at ease. A ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ facility if ever there was one.

Best place to go for cataract surgery. The nurses could not be more compassionate or nicer. I cannot stress more the best experience I had thanks to them.

A wonderful place full of sweet attentive people who make your surgical journey as pleasant as possible. Very professional and great results. They give you a lovely potted plant as you leave, then call you the next day to make sure that you are doing well. I can't imagine better services anywhere.
