I LOVE Dr. Ogbechie-Godec. She is kind and authentic and empathic and not everyone is. I trust her completely and don’t want to switch. I tease her over her beautiful skin! And now I am in yuckiness without being able to wear my eye makeup. She knows I 1/2 laugh, and 1/2 want to seriously wear. 😁😁

Pleasant staff and doctor. Quickly seen but still apologized for me having to wait. Diagnosed me and asked if I had questions. Praised me for advocating for care. Two thumbs up!

Do NOT recommend. Dr Oluwatobi Ogbechie-Godec (“Dr. O”) removed a tiny facial mark above my eye. It got massively infected within just 1 day (and I was careful to wash my hands, not touch, etc. but… it was an open wound, completely exposed). Called her office during business hours and told the staff person about the situation; no return call. Thankfully, my awesome PCP treated it right away. The only ointment Dr O recommended that I purchase (from her) was an expensive gel that turned out to NOT be recommended for the eye area, and the manufacturer says it should NOT be applied to an open wound. But worst of all of this is I’m left with a gash/scar on my face - larger than the original mark itself - so big it looks like I should’ve had stitches. Came to follow-up appt and the intake person asked about infection, and I told her yes. So Dr O comes into the room and basically calls me a liar - “we have no record of your call” - but why would I lie about that?? (My cell phone shows I called twice that day.) Is it not possible your staff member didn’t give you the message? Or that, maybe you were busy and forgot to return the call? No apology. And then she stands there defensively with her arms crossed, and bald-faced tells me that oh yes, she’d warned me there’d be a scar. Um, no. She also never counseled me about possible infection. So I patiently remind her what I verbatim recollect of her consult, and she insists that she told me all of this, like I’m an idiot who just can’t remember. Regarding the gel, she blames me for sticking it IN my eye. Um, it’s an eyelid - it moves. Plus, it’s 90° out, sweat makes it run into the eye, no matter how you apply it. She says no one else has ever had this problem, and it’s a great product. Again - no apology, just ego. Bad experience!

Dr. O is a dream! So intelligent and personable. Several of my friends see her and now I know why they suggested her. My former derm was not nearly as thorough as she is!! I can't believe what my previous doctor was NOT doing. A++++ in my book
