They never answer the phone!

My recent experience with Dr Sheth and his team excellent! I don’t regret going with him for my lasik surgery. His entire team educated me on the process, answered all my questions and were comforting when I was getting a little nervous! It was such a smooth and easy process that I highly recommend him to anyone seeking lasik!

So happy I went to this office - even as an out of state patient! The entire team of Dr. Sheth's was professional, helped get preauthorizations, educated me on the process, sent me communication about times and locations of my surgeries, and made the whole process seamless. On the day of surgery as nervous as I was, the team of nurses, and Dr. Sheth made me later wonder why I was nervous. The entire process happened in a blink and I experienced no pain, complications, or issues. Dr. Sheth's office followed up post op and gave me an exam afterwards and advised me of next steps. I got the Light Adjustable Lenses and could not be happier. If I can give more stars on this whole experience I would. Thanks Dr. Sheth and team.

I was always greeted with a friendly staff. I went for cataracts , which I had both eyes done. Dr Sheth was wonderful, kind and did a great job.i would recommend this practice with all your eyes needs. Thank you again for great service.

Dr. Sheth and his staff went above and beyond to insure my cataract surgeries were successful and I understood what to expect pre-op and post-op. Dr. Sheth is extremely skilled, knowledgable, professional, and conscientious in the office and in the surgical center. I have been a patient of Sheth-Horsley Eye Center and particularly, of Dr Nilesh Sheth for a few years now. Besides the routine exams every year, apparently it was time for me to get my cataract surgery done in both eyes. During the consultation, Dr. Sheth, who is a very experienced surgeon, took the time to thoroughly explain the entire procedure, recommended various lens options and answered all the questions. The surgeries in both eyes (second one done after a gap of 4 weeks after the first one) were a success, thanks to Dr. Sheths skillful hands, He was calm and reassuring. and I now have a 20/20 vision. The post operative each time was closely monitored by him and his team and they addressed all my questions and concerns. Overall, my experience with Dr. Sheth was outstanding. He provided excellent medical care and showed genuine compassion and dedication to his patients. Many of my friends and acquaintances are also his patients and I would recommends him to everybody.

I really enjoyed my experience with the Sheth-Horsley Eye Center. My original plan was to pursue ICL or Lasik/PRK surgery. After a couple of consultations, some eye tests and discussions about my lifestyle and vision goals, I ended up deciding on refractive lens exchange (RLE) which is a more permanent solution. I'm so happy that they took the time to explain the various options with me. No more glasses/contacts forever and I won't need cataract surgery in the future. I'm 3 months post op and have steady 20/15 vision. All in all this was a terrific experience and I can't recommend them enough. Thanks!!

Didn't even make it into the office because the phone call to make the appointment was so off-putting. Dismissive, condescending, and no patient-first care. I ended the call.

Dr sheth did a refractive lens exchange on both eyes. It was a great success with no pain

I have been a patient of Dr. Nilesh Sheth for over three years. My primary care doctor referred me to Dr. Sheth when it was discovered I had Rheumatoid Arthritis. A daily medication I take due to my RA can possibly impact my vision, so I see Dr. Sheth every six months for a thorough medical eye exam. I am impressed with his professionalism, expertise and attention to detail. I also receive my yearly vision exams via Dr. Sonya Sheth. I so appreciate her personable, high-quality care as well. I'm grateful for the Sheth-Horsley Eye Center.
