Registered Dietitian Sarah Desjardin gets a rave review from me. She went through my entire diet with me, and gave me an extensive hand written list of diet recommendations specific to my food preferences. She made me comfortable and was very encouraging. So helpful!

I am a patient here and have exams every 3 months due to my type 1 diabetes. Dr Cooper refused to touch me because I am not vaccinated for covid(I have other health conditions and the vaccine could do serious harm to me). I didn't even think a doctor could refuse to do a simple diabetes foot exam that I needed done so I could send it to the program I'm in that pays for my Insulin costs, yet they of course will bill my insurance. I think it is ridiculous to make someone feel belittled over a personal choice they had to make. I am someone who never goes out and works from home. The nurses and the person who drew my blood had no issue doing their jobs, but my doctor won't even examine me???

Counter staff are amazing, kind, and helpful. Dr’s, nurse practitioners, and specialty care are outstanding. Good for adults and children.

After several encounters here, it is obvious that many of the staff (not the doctors nor the NP) are used to the passive-aggressive form of communication. I cannot seem to get emails answered, phone calls returned, and prescriptions refilled. They had problems with communication and feedback to patients well before the pandemic.

1st time being here!! Place is huge, well organized and most importantly super clean. Staff are amazing, really nice staff that work here and they are very helpful. Just don’t hesitate to ask any help! They will do their best to help you out.

Canceled my appointment same day with less than an hour’s notice, then when I tried to call back as requested I was on hold for 15 minutes and no one answered before I finally just left a voicemail and gave up...yikes. I told the staff I have medications I need to refill ASAP and they won’t do it without an appointment. Not happy with the glaring indifference here.
