List of Rachel Tagoe's Reviews
Dr Tagoe, Is a Very Good doctor. I was honestly going to leave that drs office but Dr Tagoe came to this office and I gave her a try. I have no regrets at all. Dr Tagoe is an All around Good Dr, she actually loves what she does and it shows, she’s very thorough, listens, cares, makes you feel comfortable and is on top of Everything. I’m Blessed to have Her as My Dr.
I had a telehealth visit. Dr. Tagoe listened to my concerns and answered all my questions completely and professionally. I was able to get an appointment next day (which is really difficult right now).
Ver nice concerning Doctor! Thank you
If I could rate negative reviews I would. Ever since Dr. Tageo switched to Stewart, good luck getting ahold of anyone for an appointment! They had no problem leaving me a message to cancel an appointment because they had the wrong insurance on file. I've been trying to call them for over a week each time waiting 40+ minutes on hold with no answer. Time to look for an office that actually answers the phone! Ohh and I sent in a request for an appointment online also that someone is supposed to contact you within "72 hours" it's been over a week! What a joke!
Recently switched to Dr. Tagoe as my PCP. She took the time to listen to my concerns, did a complete examination, and appropriately challenged me to do better after some of my labs were elevated. Look forward to continuing with her as my doctor.
I needed Dr. Tagoe to fax a prescription for me to receive a necessary piece of medical equipment. This was something that could have easily been discussed over the phone but she insisted that I come into the office, ok fine. After writing down what I needed, she looked at my vitals and asked if my elevated BP and heart rate were related to anxiety. She laughed when I said yes. At the end of the appointment, she said she’d fax what I need immediately. It took 1 month and several phone calls to get her to follow through. In that time, I never spoke to her, only secretaries as she doesn’t return calls. I also found it rather odd that in light of the Coronavirus risks, she took off her mask as soon as she entered the exam room.
I've had Dr. Tagoe for a few years. She's always been thorough.
Wish I could give 0 stars. She has 0 bedside manner and 0 empathy. She is the most impersonal doctor I have ever had. Her communication is horrible! If you leave her a message for a return call, she won’t return your call until a week later. I finally got her on the phone one night and she was rude and dismissive. Before the phone call ended she was rushing me even when I had more questions. PLEASE do NOT see this doctor if you value your health and time! She has also canceled multiple appointments of mine too. Not only will she cancel but she’ll do it 2 hours before your appointment OR call you 1 minute before they shut their phones off for the day and leave a message that the appt needs to be rescheduled. So you can’t call back that day. So frustrating!!! Please learn from my mistake.
If you value your health and time....do not use Dr. Tagoe as your doctor. She has terrible bedside manner. Shows zero empathy and is very impersonal. She doesn’t return phone calls in a timely manner. I legit had to wait a week before she did and she was very rude to speak to and was trying to rush me off the phone when I still had questions to ask. Also, she cancels her appointments either the night before or the day of. I have NEVER been treated so poorly by a doctor or office.
She is extremely dismissive of patients, will only prescribe medications that she likes regardless of whether a patient is concerned about side effects, has had a reaction to similar drugs or it’s not the best option for the diagnosis. She’s also Judgmental of patients, particularly those with mental health issues

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
