Well greeted when I arrived. Didn’t have to wait long. Nurse was so professional , knowledgeable and NICE. Doctor came to see me soon also very professional and knowledgeable. Glad I chose this location!

I received excellent care! Everyone was friendly, and professional.

I too, am leaving one star (solely to comment), in regards to the horrid staff and check in process. Literally have little girls at the desk running operations and it's disgusting. They have no people skills and are rude. Patient walked in assumed the rep could speak Spanish, she quickly stopped that with the rudest "I don't understand Spanish" remark ever! Bro, I was flabbergasted. The absolute audacity. Then, after not having the paperwork together, the little girl with glasses comes out one door and starts yelling at me! "Ma'am, come get this paperwork."🤚🤚 If I wasn't here for a work related reason, I would have been BLESSED with never having to have this experience. Ever. I do not handle being spoken to in an unprofessional way very well. Just so rude and demanding. Not the presence/ greeting you would expect at an urgent care facility. 0/10 - Would not recommend. Got seen. Rude girl did my eval. Atrocious. Freaking came up behind me and started sticking stuff in my ear for temp check. Didn't ask me if it was okay, didn't ask if the intrusion was good, she's lucky it was me and not someone else because she would've been elbowed with all that intrusion. Told them I couldn't urinate because I already went prior to coming here... hands cup and shoved in BR, "here, go pee." -__- (I went but was on toilet for a good five mins, literally). - Rude girl is yelling at someone in a room about being on BP meds and I just don't know what to think of what's going on. -- I think I've been forgotten. --- it is now 1912... my exam should have been done over 30 mins ago. ---- Rude girl is talking to multiple patients aside from me. Also, all doors to the rooms are left open. Zero privacy. I've reduced myself to constant staring and hoping for my exit papers. ----- Old guy doc is going to examine me and Idk if I approve. I've also been waiting on him this entire time. How is there ONE doc for this entire facility and one that can hardly walk himself?!?!?!?! The HECK did my company send me too?!?!???!?!? Disgusting. - Great, I'm not on "the list" and the doc doesn't know how to do it. Son of a biscuit. No one seems to know how to use this program. Heavens to Betsy!!!!! -- Asking me for same info... ask for my DL: rude girl "you can bring it over" --- no, YOU can come get it from the patient whose door is wide open and exposed. I've also given them my DL four diggerent times and WROTE it three different times on the paperwork. They have. In front of them. --- Rude girl had a rash all of a sudden. Omg. She touched me earlier. I'm not going to make it ya'll!! ---- So now ine rech is trying to get another to chart for the doc, he's lost, he doesn't know what's going on and I'm just exisitingnin this room. - It is 1943. I have been released and had to fill out all the paperwork again because rude girl didn't give it to doc... FML.

Went to clinic to get a Covid test without an appointment. Quick check in at front desk using your phone. There may be a wait but it’s not usually long. I waited in my car for about 15 mins. Nurse Miranda checked my vitals before the physician came in. She was very nice and personable! Waited for the physician for about 20mins after my vitals were checked and my swab was processed. Overall good experience! If you are a walk in just expect a wait sometimes it can be a while since they do not require appointments. The girl at the front desk was helpful as well with my insurance information.
