List of Circle Health Urgent Care- Tewksbury's Reviews
Brought my mom and it was truly an excellent healthcare experience. She’s very hard of hearing and the reception checkin was kind and patient, nurse was very professional and patient, xray tech was fast, painless and knowledgeable. She marked the xray indicating broken rib and a possible fracture. Dr had great bedside manner, was kind and patient. He also helped her with an ointment for a cut and recommendations for her other laundry list of concerns. They let me see and discuss the X-rays, made sure her primary doctor will be able to see the records and images. I live 55 miles from here and would come back for myself and kids if needed. The facility is all purely clean, we Had zero wait time and I couldn’t ask for a safer experience to care for my Mom.
I’ve had to bring my 5 year old daughter in twice and both times we got lucky with not having to wait for too long. The first time was for an X-ray and the second a sick visit. Everyone we have dealt with was amazing with her and made her feel comfortable. It’s a much smoother process when people have the patience and experience to deal with children.
When me and my wife walked in the urgent care. The man that was working the front desk, to check u in, he just looked like we where bothering him and he didn't want to help us. The rest of the visit went well everyone else was very polite
All I have to say is if you're open at seven then please let somebody be there to talk with you and explain things or at least some thing. Nobody was there. It was my first time I had no idea how to use those iPads.
Totally mismanaged my tests! I had to travel and knowing what are the results from the test was very important so I can take the medications that I needed! Also they even neglected to test me for the flu. Very disappointed!
Kind, courteous, helpful and attentive, patient coordinators. And nurse, staff and doctors.
I am so surprised at all the negative reviews! I've been going to this clinic for years! There's never a long wait like in an ER, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, the doctors are great! Highly recommend!
One of the best urgent care, This place not waist your time the service is so quick.
Seems like everyone who's leaving a bad review on here says the staff had some type of attitude problem or the wait time was long. Yes the wait time was long for me too, ut thats to be expected, it's a walk in medical facility. When is the last time you were in and out of the ER in less than 5 hours ?? Also the staff was extremely helpful, informative and polite with me, from the phone call I made before I went, to registration to seeing the nurse for blood work. Great place all around
Took my 3.5 year old daughter for sutures this weekend and service was fast and efficient . Staff were wonderful with her considering the traumatic circumstances for her. Maureen the medical assistant was great!!!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
