Amazing staff, and always in and out!

I injured my ankle. Went in and they took me in within 20 minutes. I got a complete checkup and X-ray. They confirmed It was a sprain and provided me a medical boot. I was out of there within an hour. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommended.

I’ve known Doctor Yusef Haj-Darwish for over a decade. He is a wonderful Doctor and person with profound experience in emergency medicine. My Wife had an emergency this weekend and as expected he and his wonderful team delivered great care in a compassionate and effective manner. Can’t say enough of how consistently I’ve been impressed with this team and facilities. Pay attention Boston Magazine, Dr. Haj-Darwish is a Top Doc!!

I went to this urgent care today for a tick bite, I checked in and when I was called to the window, the lady told me I had a $400 balance on my account (which I had no idea of) and told me that she would need $200 for me to even be seen. I explained to her that I am not working and I am on state insurance, she told me that the only way the doctor would even see me is if I paid $200 up front. I honestly think that this is a horrible way to treat a patient seeking medical care, denying them to be treated unless they pay in advance. Thankfully there is an Urgent Care center in Dedham who was able to give me the proper medical care I needed.

I visited Norwood Urgent Care today for upper back muscle pain. I am visiting from Florida. From the registration to discharge the experience was amazing. Triage nurse was kind and attentive. Jonathan PA examined, diagnosed and took care of my needs in a professional and timely manner. I felt extremely comfortable and cared for. In all my years and emergency or Urgent Care visits, I have never had such a wonderful experience.

Waiting area is very spacious. I was seen by doc very quickly. Everyone (receptionist, nurse, doctor) was kind and courteous. Several older people came in and left while I was waiting, and the staff was extra nice and helpful to them, which was lovely to see :)
