The providers in this practice are amazing, compassionate and love what they do. If anything is ever needed they dont hessitate to help and answer any concerns I may have. Any time I have ever reached out about myself or my kids being sick 99% they will see us same day which is absolutely incredible.

I’ve been seen here for primary care since i was a child. I have always had a good experience which is why I have kept them so long. They are knowledgeable , caring and communicate well. I would recommend them to everyone.

That's too bad that some people had a bad experience at BIDHC-Waltham. I am rating this from my experience in the last two weeks interacting with Customer Service over the phone, the Front Desk when I went for my appointment, and Dr. Matveev. Everyone was helpful and caring.

Had a very bad experience with the front desk at this healthcare center. we had an appointment at 8.15 am and were late by 10 mins due to traffic but the answering machine said the hospital will open at 8.30. The front desk receptionist was not all ready to listen to us and accommodate us. We drove one hour to reach the hospital but she was not willing to listen to us. I do not recommend this health care center.

Dr. Robinson is one of the most compassionate and knowledgeable physicians I’ve had in my life. I am very thankful that I have her as my provider. I would never go anywhere else. This primary care office is the best.

I honestly really like Dr. Hackett and the other MD and NP, but dealing with the office staff is terrible. There's no need to have such an attitude all the time. I'm seriously considering a new primary care because of them.

I’ve been going to this location for the last 2 years. I feel the need to leave a review now after reading some pretty bad ones. I’m glad I chose this location to seek medical attention when I needed. The doctors are great! I’ve been seen by 3 and all have been knowledgeable, sweet, attentive, and most importantly diagnosed accurately & treated accordingly. I’ve also seen a nurse practitioner & she also did a great job. Front staff have always been courteous with me. I’ve called last minute to book an appointment a few times and they’ve always managed to squeeze me in the same day. When I call with questions they usually address all concerns, if not they get back to me quickly if they have to ask a doctor. Wait times, never waited more than 5 min. Highly recommend Beth Israel Waltham!

Horrible customer service. I thought they would be responsive given the small office and pedigree with Beth Israel. In fact you would do better with the Registry or an old Soviet bureaucrat. They do not care about their patients. Just another patient mill where they collect their fees. What has happened to health care in this country? Avoid if you care about the health of you and your family.
