Very satisfied with the service provided. The doctor was very professional. Still awaiting results of swab test. I had a 4 hr uncomfortable time last night (I did not scratch), but after icing was able to get some sleep. Today is much better.

I had an excellent experience with PhysicianOne Ugent Care/Waltham. The staff was friendly, professional, kind & PATIENT! Setting up an appointment online was quick & easy. This was my first time ever visiting this type of facility & I would highly recommend this location. Thank you!

Fast and friendly service from check-in, vitals, and being seen by the PA. Felt well taken care of, and left with a good understanding of the treatment for the tick bite I went in with.

Meh. ER visit for severe reaction to a bee/hornet sting would’ve been more comprehensive, and likely cost me about the same even with insurance. I now have blisters in the affected area and how am I going to get rid of them?
