After meeting with Dr. Samuel Pauli and his staff Nikki P and Nikki S at Boston IVF medical center, my husband and I felt confident they would be able to provide us a family we’ve always dreamed of. They all provided us with good experience when you come to the office. So glad we found this place. The entire staff is beyond amazing from their compassion to their friendliness. They always made me feel important and comfortable. Dr. Pauli made us feel positive about our situation. I have always wanted to be a mother and he made that dream come true on my first cycle of IVF. I gave birth to a beautiful baby girl after almost 10 years of infertility, she is now 2 months old. All of the nursing staff are incredible and sweet. From the initial visit where we got to meet with him and begin discussing our options to our weekly appointments. He walked me through everything to help ease my nervousness. I would highly recommend that anyone seeking fertility counseling should see him.

Thankfully, my results were very positive, but I'm sure he would be caring in a less than positive situation as well. He was thorough, caring, and clear about each step. Dr. Pauli is very passionate towards his job. He shows interest to listen to us, address all our concerns and understands the situation we are in and his kindness puts you at ease. He has lots of patience in going through our past medical history and the list of supplements that we are taking and medical reports. He makes you feel comfortable and is very knowledgeable. He is timely with follow up and spends time answering questions, thoroughly reviewed our file before each visit. Dr. Pauli is very kind and caring, but more importantly he is knowledgeable and trustworthy. He explains everything easy to understand and always takes time to answer any questions we have. He is very calm, composed and knows what he is doing. He answers your questions very politely, provides all details he can and designs the treatment plan accordingly. My husband and I are carriers of a specific gene. We had 3 miscarriages all due to this prior to seeing Dr. Pauli’s team. They were able to develop a test to detect the gene. We then went on to having two first time tries (successful) births through IVF. His nursing team is also outstanding!

Dr Pauli was wonderful. Took the time to listen to me and address all my concerns. He was very detail orientated and explained everything thoroughly. We did not succeed with insemination, but got pregnant on our first IVF cycle. We felt well supported by Dr Pauli during our journey.

Dr. Pauli is a knowledgeable and caring physician.

We transferred from a poor experience with another doctor at RSC to Dr. Pauli, and felt very safe and comfortable with our care from Dr. Pauli. Dr. Pauli was incredibly knowledgable, had reviewed my chart the night before our appointment and was familiar with it, took the time to answer questions, knew current research, provided options for drug regimes we could choose from, and was respectful to us. The RSC model with never picking up the phone and always receiving a call back from a nurse (not the Doctor, and often from a different nurse each time) was disconcerting, but Dr. Pauli's team was cohesive in the recommendations they provided. Our appt. with Dr. Pauli was very late (40 minutes, hence the 3 stars) but that is because he spends the time with his patients to address their concerns and make them feel comfortable and safe. We would highly recommend Dr. Pauli as a caring, knowledgable, dedicated, and kind doctor to assist in making (what can be) very difficult decisions.

Upon becoming a patient of Dr. Pauli, he found issues with my thyroid which had been untreated for years at FCNE. I am unsure if it was the thyroid medication, the change in protocol, or the change in labs, or some combination of everything, but within 2 months I was pregnant. I am now 23 weeks along and expecting a little girl. I cannot recommend the Dr. Pauli highly enough. Every encounter that we had with him was friendly and highly competent. His demeanor put us at ease and gave us the hope we needed to continue. He took the time to alleviate our concerns and walk us through every procedural question regardless how small.

Dr. Pauli is unlike any other reproductive endocrinologist I have met. He is compassionate, down to earth and very well informed on the latest studies and best practices. I highly recommend him.

We saw Dr Pauli and Dr Session at our first visit. We were very impressed with the amount of time they spent with us explaining the tests that they suggested be performed. The process seems a little overwhelming, but we left confident we are in the right place and have excellent and caring doctors.
