I had a scheduled annual check-up at this office. After confirming the appointment last week, I called today to check the time for tomorrow's appointment, and I was told there was no record of it. They even denied my call from last week, which I have in my phone history. The lack of communication and care for patients is concerning.

I’ve been a patient for over 10 years at this location. Doctors come and go as does the staff. Recently in May 2023, I had my annual physical where I was also billed for an office visit because the doctor discussed my blood pressure like we do every year! What a joke! An extra bill for actually talking about your health! This place will nickel and dime you to death, but never follow up on anything! But wait, here is the kicker…I had a runny noise because of allergies and they had to Covid test me. While waiting for the results, they did my physical virtually. Another complete joke! Imagine sitting in an exam room for your physical, but the doctor calls you on the phone from another room! This place is a complete waste of your time and money!!! And, yes the Covid test was negative! Stay far away from this practice!!!

To start, I’m 34 and have cardiac disease. I spent years living in a perpetual state of discomfort and anxiety due to my heart. I have great cardiologists but they weren’t really making the strong connection or definitively telling me my symptoms were a correlation of my mental and my physical state. Long story short, and after many ER visits, I made an appointment with Dr. Yoo and on my first visit he just listened to me talk, and asked a fair amount of questions. He was very thorough. On the second visit he prescribed me to (imo because I could take much more of it) a life saving medication. He nailed the issue right on the head. The staff are all very kind and I’ve had no issues at all with my insurance (MassHealth). Thank you to everyone there.

Dr. Hoch is amazing and went above & beyond to make sure I was okay during a health crisis.

Stay away from this facility. Lack of empathy and care.

I had a great experience with Dr. David Yoo. Extremely helpful, attentive, and listens to me. He is now my PCP.

Dr. Yoo is horrific. ZERO bedside manner. One appointment and I’m APPALLED at how he speaks to patients. Tries to get you out of there as fast as possible, so naturally not all concerns are addressed, if at all. I will not be back.

My PC, Dr Hoch, is dedicated to my health and well being. She is attentive detailed, and very knowledgeable. My inquiries are always quickly responded to, sometimes answered late evening. She recently referred me to another provider because she intuited I might have an underlying and potentially life threatening health issue. Discussing my case with her, the physician agreed I needed to come in for testing. Good thing I did. I must say this seems like the old (real old) days when the Dr. visited you in your home with his black leather bag when you were ill. Very efficient office with an excellent staff. They even have an onsite phlebotomist to do the bloodwork. (Results are always in the next day.).

Staff is courteous, attentive and efficient. Always receive prompt attention to inquiries and need for services. I couldn't ask for a better medical option!

I am so appreciative to have this practice right in my backyard. First, with Dr. Tsai, and now, with Dr. Bandek, I am very pleased with the level of attention and care that I receive. At a recent appointment, at the last minute I had to bring my young children with me. The staff, and doctors, were so welcoming and accommodating, and did not at all make me feel like it was an inconvenience to them. Overall, I am very happy with the level of professionalism, kindness, and skill of this practice. Keep up the great work, BIDMC Wayland. Update: two years later and I now see Dr. Reister. I continue to be pleased with the level of professionalism of the doctors and the staff. Thank you, BIDMC Wayland.
