Chastity, the activities director, is an amazing asset to Wayland Manor! The residents and their families are so lucky to have such a kind, caring, helpful person taking care of them. Chastity makes sure our loved ones feel safe, loved and cared for in our absence! We cannot express our gratitude and appreciation for her devotion to our and others here enough! She is truly an angel on earth!

HI: I just wanted to say thank you for taking care of my mother. I'm happy that she is in this place. The other nursing home that she was at, did not give her the same care that she is getting at Wayland Nursing Home. Thank you to all the nurses and care takers and staff that work at this place. Also, Moses is very good to my mom. Thank you Moses for being very kind to my mother.

I was hit by a car and spent over a week in ICU in Boston. I was brought here to do PT Rehab to get out of the hospitals and function again. The day staff is somewhat attentive however supposedly there is only one woman working overnight, no one else. For the past few nights I did not not have my pain night medication and I am not to get out of bed . I've had to go to the bathroom by my using a wheelchair to the bathroom in excruciating pain. Day team won't be here in another few hours, and I feel it inhumane that I should have to wait to be cleaned up because I can't do it myself . My oxygen tube started to drip water in my throat and lungs, and j was told to wait .When I asked for the phone number to this facility, the woman left my room, shut off the lights and door. If you love your loved ones, do not send them here! Night time is the worst time and there will be no one there to help them

Great place to stay ,great treatment My mother has been living in for three years happy and healthy .

My Father, 92 years old, was moved to Royal Wayland for Rehab after a terrible one night at Mary Ann Morse in Natick, and ended up spending a week and a half before being discharged. This was day and night compared to his experience at the Natick Rehab. The Staff was great! the nurses well very nice and pleasant, he loved it so much I thought he was going to stay forever. The Director is wonderful and very accommodating, and respectful. I would use them again if the need arises.

Do not choose this facility. The care is terrible. Staff have made several medication errors that have resulted in direct harm to my relative. There is an extremely high turnover of staff. Aides sit in chairs and play on their cell phones and have no clue what is happening around them. The owner, sandy, and her staff are only interested in their bottom line and making money. Furthermore, Sandy is extremely cold and rude. She treats patients' family as if they are uneducated, despite the fact that she has written several medication orders that were medically contraindicated. As a medical provider, I am appalled at the treatment my aunt has received here. There is zero communication between medical providers and nursing home staff. Please, do not choose this facility.

My grandmother, Gogo, stayed at Wayland Nursing & Rehab for an extended stay. The care couldn't have been better - the nurses and the aids seemed to sincerely care about her recovery. Gogo raved about the delicious homemade food, the friendliness of the staff and the activities. During a difficult time, it gave us peace of mind to know that she was in great hands.
