Went in today for a trauma to the ear that happened yesterday. Kara Collette was the best PA! She was so helpful, kept it real with me, and provided great care! I’ve been discharged for about an hour, and my wound already feels so much better. The nurse on my case was amazing too! I was very pleased with my team 🙂
Most horrible place to be. I was abused there and still having nightmares on that . The only person nice to me was Kim, the CT scan lady.
5 stars for John in the lab. I did my blood work this morning at 6:30am and he was very professional, attentive, and had a good sense of humor with all patients, even doing all work by himself ( paper work and the blood work). Good job John we need more people like you!😊
Not good care
This was one of the worst experiences of my entire life. What happened... Where to begin. The ER was somewhat unclean, but, the staff was responsive and it was about a 15 minute wait for the check-in and maybe 20 minutes for registration. Then 50 minutes to get called back AND another 30 minutes to see a doctor... they stick you in a tiny stall, NO nurse call button. No TV, just an analog clock. No one really checks on you, they don't administer normally prescribed daily mdds (I was there for what felt like a week). There was one bathroom for the floor. The toilet was leaking raw sewage at the floor seam. Unfortunately, I was then sent to the second floor. Things got worse... I was frequently given the wrong dosages of medications, missed medications altogether, medications not given at times prescribed. The doctors refused to perscribe the same dosage of medications I had been on for 10+ years, I'd push the 'nurse call button', it often took 35+ minutes to respond. Then, they'll offer to bring you something, and completely forget. Medications dropped on the floor were still given. I saw vomit being cleaned up with Windex. As illogical as it sounds, If you're there and have a dual diagnosis, don't expect a visit from a psychiatrist. My hospitalist met with me for 30 seconds per day. Listened to absolutely nothing I had to say. Ignored ALL questions, reasonable requests, just unreasonable. The heavy Indian accent didn't help. The night before I leave, I collapse at like 3AM, smashing onto the floor. I was in there with a broken neck and compressed discs after a fall. I fell hard. They didn't bother to do so much as page a doctor. No x-ray's, ct's, or MRI's. Then the next day they sent me home despite my expressing serious concerns. I've been home 10 days and I'm still so weak that I can barely climb a set of stairs.
Went in to get an ear cleaning from wax build up because I can barely hear. This woman comes in and just starts blasting water in my ear without any type of ear drop to soften it up for a few minutes before beginning the water flushing like I’ve had in the past. Tells me I have to go home and use ear drops to soften it then come back when in the past doctors would do that there. Leaving worse off than when I walked in there.
There's always a few bad seeds in a hospital but here its crazy. You hear them talking badly about patients, non professionalism. Treat patients like a sickness and not human is inhuman. Im tired of us minorities being a treated a certain way vs how they treat their own. Sad and yes the racism still lives in this hospital even if they deny it.😔🤦🏼♀️
I’ve been going to this ER for 8 years and I have never had a bad experience. From check-in to check-out I have received pleasant, professional care. Emergency departments are highly stressful for staff and I would like to recognize the great job they ALL do. Registration, transport, techs who do testing, nurses, Doctors, NP’s and HOUSEKEEPING - thank you for keeping everything clean - without you those doors would not be open.
They’ll cancel your appointments and never tell you until you’re there to check in.
Been 4 times, this is the first time I'm giving a review. Five stars all 4 times. And all around five stars, nurses, doctors, admittance and security.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
