Madeline Krauss's Online Review Report Card

I have been a patient of Dr.Bosworth from April 2021 - January 2022.So to start off..The whole staff is professional and very nice overall.I came in to Krauss Dermatology because I have deep acne scars that I wanted to reduce the appearance of. After seeing the scarring on my face, they made a treatment plan for me and believed this would help reduce the appearance.I’ve had 4 fraxel laser treatments done (worth $975 each) $150 was always paid weeks prior to the treatment and the treatment itself was $825) , and 3 subcisions done to my face (worth $250-$300 each). Dr.Bosworth was kind enough to give me the subcisions for free of charge.After that many treatments of lasers and subcisions done to my face, I was not pleased with the results. My scarring still looks the same- there was no improvement at all. I have tried to bring this up to the dermatologist a few times before and after my treatments and he dismissed it saying we would review before/after photos. However, there was absolutely no improvements. The one time we reviewed the before and after there was NO improvements at all.I’m very disappointed that I didn’t get the results I wanted. I at least wanted to see some improvements done to my face. Especially considering the amount of money and time I spent going to his office.Ultimately, I spent almost $4,000 for laser treatments that made no difference at all to my face. I asked him if I would be able to get some sort of reimbursement or refund, considering the results were NO DIFFERENCE AT ALL, but he refused. I do understand that he gave me a few free subcision sessions, however, that's not nearly close to what I paid for.Although the staff is nice and professional, I would not recommend this place for deep acne scarring. , and once you confront them about it- they refuse to reimburse you or acknowledge that you are upset with their results. I would recommend you look elsewhere if you have deep acne scarring.

I had 5 parts of my body done with the Cool Sculpting process. I had a complete and thorough exam followed by a recommendation from Dr. Krauss.The treats were handled with professionalism, kind, caring staff with Dr Krauss performing the actual final treatment phase. From call to closure a very rewarding and positive experience. The results started to show after first treatment in all areas. They provided me with all the facts to make my best medical decision.I would recommend this office for more than thisprocedure. Check out the website and make appointments.

I chose Krauss Dermatology solely because they had an online website where you can request an appointment. The issue is, you make the request online but then they call you. That defeats the entire purpose of being able to request online. I have moderate to severe mental health issues around using the phone. I explained this to them multiple times but was not met with any level of understanding. They will not accommodate my request for online or text communication. I was told to "have a friend call for me." I don't understand how they can repeatedly email back and forth about how they can't help me instead of just using that time to try to work out an appointment with me. Extremely disappointed there is no sensitivity regarding mental health here or willingness to even try to accommodate. What if I had a hearing issue?Would they try to help me then? It's a shame because they have great doctors too.

Dr. Krauss is the best. I have seen her for nearly 20 years now. She caught a medical issue my PC overlooked, and over the years I've turned to her for cosmetic procedures like IPL, Botox and fillers. She is always on the cutting edge of new technologies and does a great job of explaining what to expect and managing expectations. Her website is a fantastic resource and indicative of the type of meticulous care you get at this practice. She has dissuaded me from procedures because she didn't think I'd be happy with the results. She goes above and beyond when it comes to your comfort and she has a tool box of techniques she deploys to help you before, during and after your treatments. The office is well run, the front desk and assistants follow Dr Krauss's lead and are warm and professional; it makes every visit an inviting and pleasant experience. And the results are amazing. I never look 'done' after a cosmetic procedure, instead I look like a rested, better version of myself.

've been a patient of Dr. Krauss for years. But my mom and aunt also both saw different people in her office for different reasons and that's what prompted me to write this review. I had a terrible dog bite to the face that was mishandled by a plastic surgeon leading to chronic pain. The only person who was able to make a dent - and she made a huge one - in my pain was Dr. Krauss. She tried a few different things until she found solutions and to this day helps with the dog bite scar. I also see her for more vanity related reasons and she always finds me the solution that is the most "natural" and cost-effective. She won't recommend anything that is going to make you look fake. As I mentioned, other doctors treated my 87 year old mother and my 89 year old aunt who has alzheimers who had a cancerous growth removed. Everyone was terrific and kind. The office also runs like a well oiled clock. In all my years there I've never waited more than a couple of minutes (wish all my doctors were like that) and communication is great. A special shout out to Molly for communicating effectively with me about my aunt's treatement.

I've been seeing Dr. Bosworth for a few years or more now. Always a quick and pleasant experience, including the minor surgery I had yesterday. Nurses and admin staff and quite friendly too. Thank you very much for the quality care.

I recently had a visit with Michael. He was very caring and professional. He thoroughly listened to my concerns more than once :) and took the appropriate actions to resolve my issue. It was a very comfortable experience for me because of his easy going personality. Lol. Thank you Michael !.Happy New Year!

She has gotten rushed and overly busy as the years have gone by-not the great Dr she used to be.

I had a wonderful experience on a recent visit to Dr. Krauss. I was so pleased to be taken to see the doctor on time by her courteous staff. After carefully listening to me, the doctor made several suggestions for treatment. I am so happy with the results which removed the wrinkles and creases on my face. Dr. Krauss was expert at balancing my desire for rejuvenation and wish to look natural. The doctor was also careful to avoid pain and bruising. I will definitely visit Krauss Dermatology again!
