I was a patient of Dr Borden's for several years she suggested a procedure to remove a spot on my nose she did not explain the possibility of scarring from the procedure or explore non surgical methods of removal. I have to live with the consequences of this lack of communication and discussion of non surgical alternatives which might have been a available

I had skin issues and allergies for over 20 years. Throughout this time, I saw numerous dermatologists. I am also very proactive about seeking medical care in general and I have lived in Boston - a hub of medicine - for 30 years. Dr. Norden is the best doctor I have ever had in those 30 years. She is smart and practical as well as analytical and well-studied. She is generally conservative with suggesting care but has never failed to act aggressively when needed. She is thorough and deliberate. My two primary issues have mostly resolved and neither of these issues commonly do. I owe it to Dr. Norden's analysis, diagnosis and treatment plans. She is kind, caring and gives her time when that is one of the biggest issues facing the healthcare industry besides cost. I have never felt rushed. To say I recommend Dr. Norden is an understatement.

I have been a patient of Dr. Norden's for over five years. She's the most thorough, professional and knowledgable dermatologist I have ever worked with. Dr. Norden's expertise and kind manner, put you at ease from the moment you walk through the door. Her staff are incredibly astute and professional. The most important feature, is they are always on time, which I greatly appreciate. I now have four additional friends who go to Krauss Dermatology for their skin care. I'd recommend Dr. Norden to anyone.

She is a good medical doctor. I would not go to her for any cosmetic procedures. I did and deeply regret it.

Dr. Norden is fantastic. In the past few months she has frozen several of my son's warts (with no tears!), helped my husband with a bizarre skin allergic reaction, and helped me shave a few years off my face (in an incredibly gradual way). Her calm and confident demeanor coupled with her extensive medial knowledge make me trust in her completely. I can't recommend her enough!

Dr. Norden is the most wonderful doctor. She is brilliant, thoughtful and has the most incredible manner with patients. She is equally fantastic with adults and kids, and is the only doctor that my children actually look forward to visiting!

I switched to Dr. Norden six years ago after my former dermatologist was unable to schedule appointments in a timely manner. I couldn't be happier that I made the change! Dr. Norden is truly professional and thorough. She has wonderful demeanor and has provided the best possible care for me and my two children. I highly recommend Dr. Norden and the office staff is very friendly and efficient.

I love Dr. Norden! I have seen a few different dermatologists in my life and I have had the best experiences with Dr. Norden, hands down. She has a great bedside manner and makes you feel like she has all the time in he world for you during the visit. She has helped me with some persistent skin issues and been creative with her solutions. I have recommended her to tons of people!
