The girls from receptions except Guilda are extremely rude especially the Indian woman. I called multiple times having questions and ask for my mom prescription refill order. She says she would do it or do a request for an order and she ends up not doing it I called again and she doesn’t know. What kind of receptionist they hire? That prescription is crucial for my mom if not she could get a heart attack!! And she doesn’t know!? That’s basic ethics and dares to just smile and giggles when I went in person claiming about my mom’s order. What the heck is wrong with her next time something like this happens I am going to sue her. Extremely unacceptable!! The Dr. Sana Pathan is ok she kinda lazy most doctor are up to date of what their patient needs but if I didn’t mentioned to her on the appointment I went with my mom probably she won’t do her annual check up. Still unacceptable from her as well.
These guys are an abomination. Total and utter confusion. It takes them a week to get one paper signed by a doctor who couldn’t care less. After Yoder left they are obviously understaffed. Rude, aggressive receptionist who yells and slams the phone down. Shambolic!
During an annual check-up I mentioned I may need to take a specific prescription. The doctor said I can just call and they would fill it for me. I called and they told me to submit a message in the online system. I did that the same day. No reply all week. They recommended setting up an appointment so I could get the prescription. Did that Friday morning. It is now end of day Tuesday and they still haven't figured out how to send it to my pharmacy. Imagine I had a life threatening condition and needed it asap. It is still adversely impacting my health, very disappointed with their ability to solve simple issues like getting a prescription sent to the right place. I have called them over 6 times for this already and it is still not resolved.
One of the worst operating services. The operator came on the line and she did not know whether a doctor is working or not after waiting 20 minutes. When I questioned her to connect to supervisor, she bluntly disconnected my phone. Very unprofessional
I would say their online system needs some correction. They maintain 2 different url websites and have different phone numbers for the Wellesley branch. It is a little confusing for me, at least.
Unfortunately, I had to amend my prior review score, which was a five. My husband and I have been struggling to get a high priority prescription filled for over a week and have not received communication as to the issue. I have seen Sharone Moverman on occasion and would highly recommend her.. She truly cares for her patients and is also very thorough with her assessments.
I had such a great experience at this location! The front desk was super pleasant and the staff always treats me with such care and respect. The staff is very thorough and attentive. 5 stars :)
Dr Zhu is extremely passive aggressive, has NO bedside manner & the staff tells you the best way to contact them is through the portal, but no one even checks it. They want you to do a visit or telehealth visit for every single thing even after you informed them on another visit about what would happen. Then when you do the telehealth visits, the person you talk to doesn’t even resolve the issue & tells you that they will send a message for your Dr to get in touch with you. Dr Zhu ignores your request & concerns, she also says ‘yeah & uh huh’ the entire time your talking to make you think she’s listening when she’s actually not because she will ask you later about the exact thing that you had just told her & if you point out that you just told her, she will say ‘well can you tell me again’. She’s very seldom even in the office from what I’ve noticed. They LOVE charging visits to your insurance. Money comes before patients.
Dr Shashoua and this office will add bogus charges to your bill. One year I went for an annual physical and I had no issues. The next year I went again and they added separate charges for a bunch of screenings I did not request or want: depression, behavioral and alcohol misuse (even though I do not drink). They simply give you the questionnaires as part of the check-in process without warning you that these are extra services, which is deceptive. In addition, even though annual physicals are supposed to be completely free for the patient, I had to pay a copay because they also charged me for a regular visit. Why? Because during the physical Dr Shashoua read back to me my medical history (the same history I explained to him in earlier visits). I did not make an appointment for a regular visit. I did not ask any questions about my history. Charging for services that the patient does not request or want is simply wrong. Their explanation: the insurance company is paying for all the extra stuff, so don't worry about it.
I have visited this location multiple times with no problems for bloodwork. starting in 2022 the office became very aggressive, rude and confrontational. I decided to try and get blood drawn and when calling the location the nurse yelled at me over the phone and I had to yell over her to get the chance to speak. I attempted to change my primary cade doctor to a doctor at this location and the doctor decided that starting an argument with me was the proper and professional thing to do. I do not recommend this office for any services.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
