If you are on any medication that needs to be refilled regularly seek care elsewhere. Both me and my dad have gone here and had the same experience. The practice manager acknowledges the system is flawed yet every single month without fail my prescription refills do not go smoothly and I end up not having it when I should. My PCP is a great guy, but the practice has a very poor quality of service.

I have been a patient here since I arrived in Needham, town in 2001 I cannot praise enough everybody that is a caretaker of this Family Medicine office and the young ladies on the front desk and their sweetness to me< Donna at the front desk Is a really good receptionist up front of office and always is kind and polite to me belonging to this medical centre now for 19 years, I am a patient of Dr. J Yoder and he is a great doctor that has taken care for me a number of years now, and I get the very best treatment and they certainly know their patients, bless you, you have given the best care of me all these years and I was 60 when i came here from Boston to live, thank you so much, I have diabetes and I have had this since I was 51 and now 79 in September and always they have saved me and got me safely to hospital a few times , thank you all the Doctors esp Dr J .Yoder he is a fine upstanding gentleman and the nurses are superb also who take blood to be checked a few times a year and do a fine job Thank you so very much. I hope i will still be coming there when I am 90 maybe, who knows but with this special care I feel certain I will be around Thank you Dr.Yoder and everyone I know that works at BID family medicine , you certainly are the best , regards and with respect Irene R. Just called to make an appointment for a new patient sick visit and was told to go to urgent care, they do not accept new patient sick visits and they do not have any appointments until July. Since when do doctors office not allow times in their schedules for sick visits? Glad I’m being forced to look for care elsewhere

I have been a patient at BI FAM MEDICINE NEEDHAM for some 15 years.I have never received anything but the best of medical care along with friendly very efficient support staff. My physicians at BI FAMILY MED. are top notch and give me excellent care from top to bottom. I have never had any complaints like the former reviews read here on Google reviews.

The most horrible Drs office I’ve ever Dealt with! Doctor doesn’t record appts or actually send in cultures, reception is horribly rude, can’t ever get a refill on med in a timely manner appts take forever ! Smdh would never recommend this office to anyone!

horrible experience. On hold for a long time even at my first call. Once connected, the receptionist is rude. Imagine what you will experience later when you need to make an appointment!
