I have been a pt of Dr Sutcliffe for the past 10. He diagnosed my need for double cataract surgery this Fall and walked me through every step of the referral process to a colleague specialist. Dr S’s follow up visits and personal phone call the day after my surgery were so reassuring and helpful; a tribute to a physician who espouses pt care. He is encouraging, extremely knowledgeable, calm, caring and thorough and has a friendly competent staff. Highly recommended!

I woke up with the beginning of a sty and called Dr. Sutcliffe's office to see if I needed an appointment. It was his day off, but he called back and thoroughly explained how to treat my eye at home. D.r S said that if there was no improvement the next day to call him, and he'd prescribe antibiotics. Since this was over a holiday weekend, he also gave me his cell number (!) because he "didn't want to leave me stranded over the weekend" without access to a doctor. What a kind and caring doctor! Highly recommended.
