Sheldon Buzney's Online Review Report Card

The best practitioner. Definitely worth waiting for. His waiting room is always full because he gives everyone the time they needs and tends to run behind.

Dr. Buzzney is overrated. Don't let his Harvard degree fool you. He is highly disorganized and he has poor communication skills. You visit him for a treatment because he has high rating as a doctor but you would need to look at him closer through the lens.

I was here early for the appointment. Strange that it was for 3pm and they close at 3?? I was told that it may be a long 2 hour appointment. But they close at 3?? I haven't seen the doctor yet but someone next to me said they have been here for 2 hours waiting. Most interesting was the receptionist just left to go home over an hour in a half before they close. I would say choose a different doctor unless you don't mind waiting for an eternity. Even if the doctor is fabulous is it worth a 4 hour wait?

Just a wonderful Doctor. Extremely impressed with his knowledge. Also an amazing staff. Heather his assistant is fabulous.

Dr Buzney is acaringDr. That takes his time and goes over everythi g with his patient's he neverrushes you out.

Very frustrating! After waiting over 2 hours, which seems to be the norm, my eyes were no longer dialated and he put drops in my eyes three more times. Unfortunately, whatever he used for eye drops, no other eye doc has ever used and I had a very painful allergic reaction to them. I have called the office twice to report the problem and find out what it was so I could make sure they are not used again but no response. Further disappointing was that he is a good talker, a fast talker, and not a good listener. He didn’t seem to hear what I was describing as my issues, resulting in an exam that was a hide waste of time and money. The good news is that he doesn’t seem to be quick to do surgery, thank goodness!

Patient care is second to patient volume!!! I was scheduled for a 1:15 appointment and when I arrived at 1:10, I was told that 6 people were ahead of me so go wait in your car for 1 1/2 - 2 hours until they call me. This is horribly unethical and possibly criminal. I will report this to all medical associations and boards in Massachusetts for an answer. STAY AWAY!!!!!

Poor time management. Appointment 2 hours ago and still have not seen the doctor. Excuse by the office worker is “ that’s how it is he spends a lot of time with patients “ that’s all nice and good but schedule accordingly or at least give explanation and update Once I did see the doctor and had a mini breakdown he was great helped calm me gave a thorough exam and explained everything and kept me at ease.

I have been going to Dr Buzney for many many years. he is an excellent retina specialist . he is top notch Yes you do have to wait almost 2 hrs for every appointment, To me Its WORTh it. As much as I value my time. Its nice to know he is very very thorough and explains everything to me. he is a great doctor so pack a snack,, sit read do whatever. I would TRUST every second waiting for his valued expertize!!
