My first visit to Dr. Burt Whitney Hall was in 1982 and I have experienced outstanding service for lo, these 33 years! Dr. Hall (and even his father on rare occasions!) have demonstrated up to date medical knowledge, professional competence, an easy and relaxing sense of humor and true compassion in their treatment of me at the West Suburban Internists office and in the Newton Wellesley Hospital. My appreciation extends to the entire staff at West Suburban Internists whose members are always warm, welcoming and helpful. The office manager, Christina Hall, is gracious and excellent in her ability to keep an ever expanding practice organized and flowing smoothly. Nurse Practitioner Diane Otis-Hall is incredibly deliberate, knowledgeable, patient, empathetic and responsive to my particular needs. Being cared for by the good folks at West Suburban Internists in Wellesley makes me feel blessed indeed! Lee Carpenter

I have been coming to this Dr's office for about 5 years now. I see NP Diane Otis-Hall. She is amazing. She takes the time to listen to you and is not trying to rush out of the office. They are very thorough here and are able to draw blood and take urine samples right on site during your appt ( a very awesome convienence!)
