these people who gave Hampshire Orthopedics a one or two star review must have gone to a different office than the one in Hatfield. I tore my bicep muscle three years ago this coming january. I was at my doctors office at 3:20 in Holyoke on a friday afternoon. My Dr told me I needed to be seen that day by a orthopedic Surgeon as the muscle starts to adhere to the bone right away. My bicep muscle was up around my shoulder. Hampshire Ortho told my Dr that they would stay open past there 4:00 closing time if i got there asap. I was seen that friday and was scheduled for surgery that very next tuesday which went perfectly. i recently started having severe pain in that same shoulder from lifting weights that would not go away. i was seen today november 4, 2022 and from the start received very courteous service from the front desk. When Kim the med assistant came into the room almost immediately i was asked a few questions and then she took some x-rays and brought me back to my room. in just a matter of a few minutes, Lori the PA came in and explained everything to me. I received a cortisone shot. then given a script for physical therapy. From the time i walked into the door until i left. i was treated with the utmost respect and professionalism. I would HIGHLY recommend Hampshire Ortho in Hatfield to anyone looking for care'

Staff were prompt and very friendly. Dr. K assessed my injury and set up a treatment plan within 15 minutes. Highly recommended.

I was seen & treated by Cooley Dickinson Ortho & Sports. Dr. Snyder is fabulous ! His knowledge, expertise, & empathy, his wonderful nursing, PA & office staff, and the incredible nursing, CNA, PT & support staff at the hospital's joint replacement center made the experience (hip replacement surgery) so non-traumatic that it was almost pleasant ?!?! I have no reservations or anxiety whatsoever about my upcoming surgeries and recovery with them. I can not recommend Dr. Snyder and his AMAZING staff & medical center enough !

Thorough, but not ‘over the top’ Convenient hours , no problem parking and fast appointments. I saw Dr. Kurtis, he was thorough and explained everything to me. Gave me a shot in my knee and today I am pain-free.

This place was great - I saw a doctor right away, got fitted for a splint the same day, and was able to schedule a whole series of physical therapy appointments. Doctors, physical therapists, and administrative staff were all helpful, friendly, and competent.

I had a fractured wrist. Best treatment, medical and administrative staff! Highly recommend !
