List of Rebecca Stone's Reviews
Dr. Stone is absolutely wonderful! I’ve never had to see an ENT until recently when I was dealing with a peritonsillar abscess — not at all an enjoyable experience— but every step of the way Dr. Stone was incredibly compassionate, communicated clearly, and answered all questions I could possibly have. When I ended up needing a tonsillectomy I felt assured that I was in good hands with her. Can not recommend her enough!
High caliber, competent, a pleasure to have had her assistance
Dr. Stone is an experienced and compassionate ENT surgeon who resolved my chronic nasal congestion due to a deviated septum and enlarged turbinates. It used to be a frequent struggle for me to get enough air from the nasal CPAP mask even after nasal irrigation, sprays and allergy meds. Dr. Stone took me seriously and agreed that breathing shall be an inalienable right. She explained the options, risks, and the pros and cons. She corrected my anatomical issues via septoplasty and turbinate reduction surgery. Since then I have been able to breathe easily through my nose all day and night, even when I forget to use a steroid spray. Breathing has become my new favorite hobby! The support staff was responsive and helpful from preop to recovery. Scheduling was easy. I highly recommend Dr. Stone (and breathing, if you haven't been able to)!
Dr Stone is a pleasant, knowledgeable dr as long as you are getting better. If your condition becomes worse in spite of her suggested protocol she becomes abrupt and indifferent to your situation.
Very patient and thorough. Helped me through multiple challenging conditions and referred me to other doctors when I wanted a second opinion. Responds quickly and patiently to my phone calls or emails with follow up questions.
I saw Dr. Stone for a chronic sinus problem, after having seen another physician for several years. Dr. Stone performed a procedure in the office that resolved the problem. I had already had 3 sinus surgeries with the other physician that had not worked. I wish I had found her sooner. She is professional, kind and caring and makes sure you understand your condition and treatment options. I can't say enough good things about her!
Highly recommend Dr. Stone! I couldn't hear from one ear after antibiotics, steroids, etc. I have a long hx of ear issues. I decided to get a second option because my hearing & symptoms. I thought I was going deaf. Dr. Stone took me in immediately and was so compasisionate and knowledgeable. I can hear from that ear now! Also, she cares enough to follow up & is helping me with further treatment. It's hard to find such a good doctor like her.
My standards for Doctors are high because of Dr Stone. She talks to you like you deserve to be spoken to. She listens; educates; and is highly informed. She became my doctor after 6 docs couldn't diagnose a sinus infection that was missed for 6 years. I had a headache every day for 6 years. I would suffer a freak fractured skull at my sinus cavity due to the bone compromised by that misdiagnoses by incompetent docs. Dr Stone will forever by one of my docs even if I have to pay out of pocket.
Waited an hour and was told by 2 other patients that waiting like this was normal. The visit with Dr. Stone was a bit rushed, she seemed to be a bit annoyed that I was not happy waiting an hour to see her.
Dr. Stone is probably one of the most personable physicians I have met in my life. She talks to you, not at you or down to you and discusses all possible scenarios, good, bad and ugly. I've read reports that you have to wait an extra few minutes to see her...so what. Her expertise and bedside manner are well worth the wait.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
