Terrible communication. They Get you into appointment saying they take health insurance only too ask for $300 for appointment. Completely unprofessional.

They took my husbands insurance an info over phone at time of appointment scheduling. Upon arrival today he was told they didnt accept his BCBS insurance snd the appointment would be $300 out of pocket. This was after scheduling the time off at work to attend this appointment AND the loss of overtime wages. Not happy

Made an appointment for my partner in April 2021 and upon check in he was asked if he ever had Covid in the past he stated in 2020 and the check in staff sent him on a scavenger hunt to produce negative Covid 19 testing results from last year. Listen I am in the healthcare field upon checking in protocol is have you been exposed to Covid 19 recently and do you currently have any of the following Covid 19 symptoms. Never have I ever asked a patient if they had Covid 19 in the past and to produce negative testing.We heard such good things about this particular clinic we actually drove out our way to this location as we’re closer to Weymouth. This was a mistake.I also asked to speak with a manager and was transferred to someone at extension 0675 this person was not a manager but posed as one. Listen I’ll never go to this location again or any of their sister locations. HUGE MISTAKE. Never even spoke to a manager. This is why healthcare is horrible in the U.S.

My ankles are no longer swelling. I’ll be glad when I no longer see the bulging veins. Robert told me yesterday that it could take up to six months for them to completely go away. I’m thankful my legs are not hurting anymore. Yesterday was my last visit for a month. I’m praying that when I go back veins will be gone.

My experience at the USA Vein Clinics particularly the treatment from Dr. Rizzo was phenomenal. The staff and surgery assistants and were very professional friendly comforting and knowledgeable. The procedures improved my ability to walk reduced leg pain and dramatically changed the look of my legs.

Loved my doctor Dr. Robert and the staff I saw Christina the most but the staff I saw were also fantastic Everyone was always so nice and caring. They always made me feel comfortable and answered all of my questions Very happy with my results highly recommend it

Its a nice place to go if you have a problem. nice people friendly and helpful no problems got in got out as fast as possible had to go a couple of times always a good experience. recommend the USA Vein Clinics to anyone who happens to need something done with their legs
