Thanks to Baystate hearing I am up and running. They fitted me a few years ago and I had an issue with my aid today. I called and was immediately called back. Jeff Hall met me one hour later and took care of the issue. Service is awesome. If you or someone you know needs hearing assistance, don’t hesitate. These guys are awesome!

The only place to help my Dad with his hearing aids needs the correct way! Knowledgeable, friendly and very accommodating! Jimmy Cardorola is the best!!

My all out Thanks goes out to Mr. Caldarola for all his help in ordering a part for my Hearing aids that I thought would not be available for my older Phonak aids. The trip I made to West Springfield, MA. was well worth the outcome of the trip. I thank James for the time he took to help a first timer to his facility where he made me feel welcome even though I spent almost nothing for what I needed. Any needs in the future that I may need in the way of hearing aids, testing or service, his company will be the first I contact. Thank You Again for your help!

Spent a few days getting tested at various hearing centers. I found that Jim Caldarola who is one of the owners at Baystate Hearing Aids to be the most honest & ethical of all the centers' practitioners I visited. His focus was on what type of loss of my hearing capabilities I was experiencing and then providing me with the most cost effective product that would give me the best hearing I could have. My loss was severe and included Tinnitus which is best described as a constant sound buzzing in the ear. Jim made sure the product I have relieved that situation while enhancing voice hearing and eliminating background noise. Before my units for my ears I was unable to hear conversations with people sitting next to me in a restaurant!! Not anymore, the possibilities and the new sounds are endless. Thank you Jim for returning my hearing to me!!

Very friendly and professional. They are knowledgeable, precise, and provide great service. I would recommend them highly. --- Oct 2021 had some problems with right hearing aid, took it in. They ran a quick test, determined it had to be sent out for repair. It was back in 8 days, & repair fee was very reasonable. Great service, totally recommend this place.

We are from out of town and had an unexpected trip to the ED on Nov 23, 2021. Doctor Cait was excellent! We were in and out with 5 staples in the back of the head in a very quick 3.5 hours. Thank you! The Zombecks
