For an urgent matter, everyone from reception to nurses were awesome. Very kind, professional, prompt and follow up was great.

I was a patient here for over 12 years and had several pcp's. I missed appointments due to hospitalizations and a car accident. They decided, unfairly, to diacharge me from the doctor's care when i needed them most after being reliable all that time.

Totally incompetent since my PCP of many years retired. Rude receptionists and MA's. Don't call too many times for an issue - you'll be told not to call because told not to call because they get confused. I am an RN with a MS degree. If you are seeking quality healthcare, go elsewhere.

I'm disgusted to admit I've been a patient at this place for to many years. Hence why my health has only gone down hill. Yes.. my Dr at BayState Westside Adult Medicine.. I wanna name her so bad but I'm more than positive if you've gone there you most likely know who it is.. she has multiple times advised me to go to urgent care rather than go to her and I mean MANY TIMES if not to the ER. I've had so many health issues and increasing health issues since being a patient at this place because I'm constantly being pushed somewhere else. I get tests done that I never get results for. I request and request and request and I get no where. I'm lawyering up. It's been enough.

A woman by the name of Robyn answered my phone call. I am a very kind person and she falsely accused me of being sarcastic when I was simply re explaining what I needed. It felt very uncomfortable to be misunderstood and her insinuating I was being rude was just not what I expected in calling this place. Normally the staff are very kind to me; I've never had an issue with them in the past. Perhaps she was having a bad day, but I called with nothing but good intentions to get my health checked out and she completely misunderstood my tone. I am Autistic and have a flat tone of voice, but I was in no way being rude to her. Not the best customer service from her, still recommend this place otherwise.

I became a patient in January 2021 and have only been able to go to 1 appointment and not for lack of trying. I was only able to go for my 2021 physical. At the office I scheduled my 2022 physical a year out. Months later I get a letter in the mail that my appt is no longer possible. I try to reschedule and the earliest appt available is July 2023. I get another letter in the mail asking to reschedule the already rescheduled appt. This issue isn't only for yearly check ups. Recently I scheduled an appt at 3:30 PM. the day of I arrive at the office to see a note on the door stating they closed at 3 PM due to the inclement weather. I was given no heads up and had left work early to drive 30+ minutes in the freezing rain to turn right back around. It was insulting and dangerous to not contact patients affected by the office closure. I'm unimpressed and starting to look for a new doctors office.

When you’re getting told by your PCP to go to Urgent Care, you know you’re in the wrong place. It’s unfortunate because some of the staff are really helpful but when you’re dealing with such incompetence and your health is in these people’s hands - it’s hard to have confidence in the care they’re giving. Strongly suggest looking elsewhere, maybe try Urgent Care!
