When I arrived for my appointment, I was greetef by the. Receptionist, Gladys who checked me in and help me with my paperwork as a first time patient.she was extremely nice. Very professional and a quick smile! The wait to see lyanna was only a few minutes. Danielle came in to start the appointment and tell me how things go and give me a gown to change in to. SHe was also very professional. Very kind and helpful. Then after just a few more minutes (The Dr) Lyanna came in. 3rd person i interacted with in this office and it was the 3rd professional kind personable and satisfying interaction. Now to me...that speaks volumes! The offices and rooms were spacious and very clean. Im so glad I choose DEMOS DERMATOLOGY and I highly recommend them. Thanks again to the entire staff at DEMOS. 5 stars!!!
I had to reschedule my son’s dermatology appointment, and unfortunately, my experience with the person who called me to schedule the new appointment was very disappointing. I understand that the department may be very busy and that appointments can be difficult to schedule. However, the way I was spoken to was very rude and disrespectful. I was simply trying to clarify whether the next available appointment was really in August of next year, but I was not given a chance to explain or ask my question. Instead, I was told, “Another patient is waiting for me. Do you want to book the appointment or not?” I understand that staff may be busy, but patients and their families still deserve to be treated with patience, respect, and professionalism. I was very disappointed with this experience. I hope the hospital will address this issue and remind staff about the importance of respectful communication with patients.
Gladys the receptionist is extremely disrespectful, and does not have any empathy for patients. She will make you feel unheard, unseen, and uncared for, regardless of the kindness and understanding you meet her with. Please do better, this is American healthcare.
Scheduled my annual skin cancer screening about one year in advance and yet I was NOT seen by a doctor. Instead, a kind PA did a very quick skin check in a room that was dimly lit and too small for me to extend my legs fully. He was kind but nervous and mis-identified a couple of things (discovered in previous appointments by another doctor) including saying one thing was a wart and another a scar (both incorrect).
Dr Demos is a great dermatologist!
Had a 1:30 pm appointment today May 18, 2026 arrived on time. 2:20 pm still not called but others who arrived after me were attended before myself. Apparently they attend to their favorites first. My medical ride arrived so I had to leave. What a waste of my time and effort to get there. I was not feeling well but went there anyway. Shame on them all.
DO NOT go here. I had an appointment last week and I still can not get over my bad experience that I had . For starters I call to ask got my appointment time and the person that I was on the phone with had a bad attitude already rubbing me the wrong way but I desperately need this appointment so I go. When I got to the office I could not find any parking so I call to ask where I can park that won’t get me towed. The receptionist has the nerve to tell me that whatever happens to my car is not her problem and if parking was an issue I should go somewhere else. I could not believe my ears. I finally find parking and when I go in the receptionist is checking me in but she is also arguing on a personal call while checking me in , completely violating the hippa law!!! Not only that but I ask for help with my paperwork and she tells me “ you don’t know your name “ and that’s when I lost it and left . I do not remember her full name but I do know it started with a g. If you do not like working with the public please quit.youcan definitely tell who works there for the money and who really cares . I asked for the manager and she refused to give me their information. I found a new place that hopefully will help me withy problems . Shame on you guys
Dr. Brandon was thorough and a good listener.
My appointment was for 2:30 pm. I came at 2:14, checked in, and it is now 3:20 and still in packed waiting room. I have another appointment elsewhere in half an hour. This is ridiculous and a waste of everyone's time. I have my appointment physical and email card which further verifies the 2:30 time frame, and no one here seems to care or have any explanation as to why it's taking so long, nor do they care I have another appointment in the next 20 mins and cannot wait any longer.
Sage is the greatest and very compassionate!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
