List of Gregory B. Park's Reviews
Dr. Park explained nothing about the procedure I was having (spinal injections) until he was starting it and I was on the table. So I had no idea how long or painful it would be. (both). He handed me over to his nurse when I was finished and deferred questions I wanted to ask him to the nurse. I don't know yet if the procedure was effective--he didn't bother to explain how long it might take to be effective, etc. The usual post-procedure info I've always gotten from doctors.
Dr. Park has been treating me for almost 5 years now and has simply gone above and beyond to help me with my very complex medical condition. He's offered therapy and referrals that I never new existed to try and help me. I also get multiple scripts at least every 2 weeks for 5 years now and I have yet to wait more than 24 hours for Dr. Park to respond, hes even fixed numerous CVS mess ups on his off hours to get my scripts. Dr. Park is super knowledgeable about my condition and has and awesome sense of humor which I personally appreciate considering my situation. Anyhow, I'm sorry that other patient didn't have my experience but I can not imagine Dr. Park being anything but medically helpful and good spirited. May I recommend the Patient Portal, the online system specifically for refills as it has yet to fail me and any instant communication with Dr. Park personally will be seen here first. My highest recommendations for Dr. Park and I hope everyone finds the right MD
While Dr. Park seems competent and accommodating, Pioneer Spine & Sports are the most difficult "customer service" people I have ever dealt with, when requesting a call back from the doctors office I was told by the representative "No, you can speak to me, I am perfectly capable of speaking to you as an adult" and that I would have to schedule an appointment for contact with the doctor or their office in Lenox. I would NOT RECOMMEND Pioneer Valley Spine and Sports to ANYONE
My visit with Dr. Park was completely useless. He was rude, arrogant, and unhelpful. I went to the Baystate Pain Management clinic where my concerns were heard and I was properly diagnosed and treated. I have never had a more unpleasant doctor visit than the one I had with Dr. Parks. In fact, he was rude. My husband's comment when we left the room was, "That visit was completely useless and he was arrogant and rude."
This doctor showed no interest in answering my questions. He made very little eye contact. It was a disappointing and weird consult. I will not recommend Dr. Park to anyone.
i have been seeing doctor parks for 3 1/2 years, throughout these years he's repeatedly messed up my medications causing me to need hospital assistance. he also has messed up prescriptions and labels patients with his own colorful opinions and judgements. if you're looking for a caring doctor who has some sense of human compassion and empathy dr parks is not your guy. i was jaw dropped at the things he said about me, i don't go to the doctors to be judged. i go for help, this is not a nice man.
He has no bed side mannors..never met such a cold insensitive doctor. I could not believe how rude and inconsiderate he was.worse Doctor i ever met. Wouldnt answer our questions literally just walked out while we were talking
I saw Gregory Park two times. Visit one, to evaluate hip pain. He asked that I walk in the hallway in order to observe my gait. It felt very STRANGE. Back in the exam room, he explained what he was looking at. His demeanor was unprofessional -- standing way too close for my comfort. He ordered an MRI. On the day I returned for the results, I brought a friend into the examination room with me. When Gregory Park entered the room, both of us nearly collapsed from the overpowering smell of cologne on him. This guy does not belong in patient care.
Dr. Park was my (17) seventeenth and last dr., that I saw for my problem! If I hadn't found him, I beleive I would not have survived my slip and fall down a flight of stairs! I thank God everyday and pray for him every night! I still after 4yrs. wake up paralized every morning, but after 30-45mins the feeling returns to my leg. Until I found him I could not sit or lie down, I had to bungy myself in a corner to atempt to sleep the first 6mns.! He is my miracle-worker! God Bless You Dr. Park
He may give "good injections, but not where they are supposed to go. He always seems to be rushing and was told "I DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR PAIN." To make matters worse he prescribed a med that needed insurance authorization. His staff took 2 weeks to do this and it sat on his desk for 3 days. He made back worse by all of his "tests" and treated me like I was an addict looking for pain killers. I would NEVER recommend him nor their "Pain Management" center to anyone.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
