Seaside Pediatrics's Online Review Report Card

Front desk has alot of attitude. They forget they're in a service industry. Got hung up on & the manager was supposed to call but didn't until a few days later. I needed to get my son TB tested cuz he left the country. They never specified that. I switched to Bramble Bush Pediatrics. Front desk are sweethearts & courteous. Do not go to Seaside. They changed the MD & didn't even inform me.

I am so thankful to have Dr. Eastman as my sons pediatrician. She is understanding, and also extremely helpful. I know this post is very vague and that’s because I don’t want to put down personal information. I am just so happy to be where we are now, and we wouldn’t be without her. Thank you Dr. Eastman!

Front desck are super rude and always talk to you with attitude . They never have any appointments and always sending you to emergency room. What's the point to have a pediatrician at this point, ER sending us to follow up with pediatrician and pediatrician is sending us to ER again?! We've had a 80% bad and 20% good experience at this place since we started visiting in. Take your kid somewhere else , you will save yourself a lot of aggravation.

All the staff and the doctors are very nice and cool with my kids

This office is the worst I’m a patient (11) and I’m a gymnast I needed a referral for Boston they said they would send it. We’re here at Boston hospital and we call we’re about to be late, we get on the phone they say we have not received a referral from your primary care. I’m pist!!!!!!

I strongly advise against anyone considering using this pediatric office. I have had awful experiences with the staff on multiple occasions, including after no longer being a patient there. The front desk is INCOMPETENT and discourteous. Though I have had somewhat pleasant experiences with the nurses in the (very distant) past, my most recent visits have been nothing of the sort. I was nervous during one of my visits and the medical staff was dismissive and impatient throughout my appointment. Overall experience has been nothing short of rude, inconsiderate and unprofessional staff throughout the office. I am genuinely shocked at how many poor reviews I’ve read and heard from others over the years and they haven’t cared to change their service. I urge anyone to reconsider becoming a patient or registering your children at Seaside.

I been coming here for about 17 years everybody is great. I never had a issue with anybody from receptionist to Dr's.

If I could rate this one star then I would. Everyone in the office is inconsiderate and rude. They told me that babies in the office were more important than seeing me for my scheduled appointment. Then on top of that when they were trying to contact me about a referral they thought it would be a great idea to use my recently deceased fathers phone number (which when I was in the office last I told the doctor he passed so then she would remove his contact information). Overall, worst pediatric office ever. Do not recommend going here.

Absolutely trash drs office I’ve never in my life seen a more disorganized drs office for children let alone a drs office that makes CHILDREN wait for a hour or more to be seen to always be told it’s a “virus” both my kids have been so sick that it took 3 different drs in this office to finally give them a antibiotics for a serious chest infection and not a virus let alone good luck getting a flu shot they don’t do them it’s a gamble getting the “flu clinic” find a different drs office don’t waste your time

Excellent practice, caring and responsive team. It is of great comfort to know they were there for our daughter throughout her childhood.
